जिला सोलन महिला पुलिस ने इलाज के बहाने एक युवती से यौन उत्पीड़न करने के आरोप में हिमाचल भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष के बड़े भाई और स्थानीय वैद्य को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी की पहचान राम कुमार बिंदल के रूप में हुई है, जो सोलन के पुराना बस अड्डा के पास एक क्लीनिक चलाता है। पुलिस ने यह कार्रवाई युवती की शिकायत के दो दिन बाद, साक्ष्य जुटाने के उपरांत शुक्रवार को की।

क्या है मामला?

पुलिस के अनुसार, एक युवती ने 8 अक्टूबर को महिला थाने में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी कि वह एक बीमारी के इलाज के लिए 7 अक्टूबर को आरोपी वैद्य के क्लीनिक पर गई थी। युवती का आरोप है कि जांच के दौरान वैद्य ने उससे यौन समस्याओं के बारे में पूछना शुरू कर दिया और फिर प्राइवेट पार्ट की जांच करने की बात कही। शिकायत के मुताबिक, जब युवती ने इसका विरोध किया, तो आरोपी ने चेक करने के बहाने उसके साथ यौन उत्पीड़न किया, जिसके बाद युवती उसे धक्का देकर वहां से बाहर आ गई।

पुलिस ने जुटाए साक्ष्य, फिर की गिरफ्तारी

शिकायत मिलने पर महिला पुलिस ने तुरंत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी। पुलिस ने अदालत में पीड़िता का बयान दर्ज करवाया और जुन्गा से फॉरेंसिक टीम को बुलाकर घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण भी कराया, जहां से महत्वपूर्ण साक्ष्य जुटाए गए। पुलिस ने बताया कि पीड़िता के बयान और फॉरेंसिक साक्ष्यों के आधार पर शुक्रवार को आरोपी राम कुमार बिंदल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। उसे अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा और मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है।

The accused, identified as Ram Kumar Bindal, runs a clinic near Solan’s old bus stand. Police took action on Friday, two days after the woman’s complaint, after gathering evidence.

According to the police, a young woman filed a complaint at the women’s police station on October 8th, stating that she had visited the accused Vaidya’s clinic on October 7th for treatment of an illness. The woman alleged that during the examination, the Vaidya began asking her about sexual problems and then suggested examining her private parts. According to the complaint, when the woman protested, the accused sexually assaulted her under the pretext of performing the examination, after which she pushed him away and ran away.

Police gathered evidence and then made the arrest.

Upon receiving the complaint, the women police immediately registered a case and began an investigation. Police recorded the victim’s statement in court and summoned a forensic team from Junga to inspect the crime scene, where crucial evidence was collected. Police stated that based on the victim’s statement and forensic evidence, the accused, Ram Kumar Bindal, was arrested on Friday. He will be produced in court, and further investigations are underway.
