जिला सिरमौर में नशा तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत विशेष जांच इकाई (SIU) नाहन ने पांवटा साहिब क्षेत्र में बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 174 ग्राम अफीम बरामद कर एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, SIU टीम ने गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर छापेमारी कर मोहन लाल गादरी (45), निवासी जिला भीलवाड़ा, राजस्थान, को काबू किया। आरोपी वर्तमान में पांवटा साहिब के बद्रीपुर क्षेत्र में किरायेदार के रूप में रह रहा था। तलाशी के दौरान आरोपी के कब्जे से 174 ग्राम अफीम बरामद की गई। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ थाना पांवटा साहिब में एनडीपीएस एक्ट की धारा 18 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस मामले की गहन जांच में जुटी है और यह पता लगाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि आरोपी इस नशा तस्करी के नेटवर्क से कब से जुड़ा हुआ था और इसके साथ अन्य कौन-कौन लोग शामिल हैं।

According to reports, the SIU team conducted a raid based on a confidential tip-off and apprehended Mohan Lal Gadri (45), a resident of District Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The accused was currently residing in the Badripur area of ​​Paonta Sahib as a tenant. During the search, 174 grams of opium were recovered from the accused’s possession. The police have registered a case against the accused under Section 18 of the NDPS Act at the Paonta Sahib Police Station and have placed him under arrest. The police are currently engaged in a thorough investigation of the matter, attempting to ascertain how long the accused has been involved with this drug trafficking network and to identify any other individuals involved in the operation.
