माजरा थाना क्षेत्र में फैक्टरी भूमि को लेकर विवाद का मामला सामने आया है, जिसमें एक युवक के साथ मारपीट और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का आरोप लगा है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता अंशुल गोयल पुत्र अरविंद गोयल, निवासी गांव अमरगढ़, डाकघर पुरुवाला, तहसील पांवटा साहिब ने पुलिस में दी शिकायत में बताया कि जोहड़ों क्षेत्र में उसकी ‘पोंटिका’ नाम से फैक्टरी संचालित है। फैक्टरी के कार्य हेतु उसने शेर सिंह निवासी जोहड़ों से जमीन किराए पर ली हुई है, जहां निर्माण कार्य के तहत गड्ढा खोदा जा रहा था। इसी दौरान रतन लाल निवासी जोहड़ों ने उसे सूचित किया कि खोदे जा रहे गड्ढे के पास उसका खेत है और उसकी डोल (मेढ़) गिर गई है। इस बात को लेकर दोनों पक्षों के बीच कहासुनी हो गई।शिकायत के अनुसार, इसी बीच प्रमोद निवासी गांव जोहड़ों मौके पर पहुंच गया और बहस करने लगा। आरोप है कि जब अंशुल गोयल वहां से जाने लगा तो प्रमोद ने उसे रोककर थप्पड़ मार दिए और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस थाना माजरा में आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने जांच शुरू कर दी है और आगामी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

A dispute regarding factory land has come to light within the jurisdiction of the Majra Police Station, involving allegations of physical assault and death threats directed at a young man. According to the information received, the complainant—Anshul Goyal, son of Arvind Goyal, a resident of Village Amargarh (via Post Office Puruwala), Tehsil Paonta Sahib—stated in his police complaint that he operates a factory named ‘Pontica’ in the Johron area. For the purpose of factory operations, he has leased land from Sher Singh, a resident of Johron, where excavation work (digging of a pit) was currently underway as part of construction activities. this time, Ratan Lal, a resident of Johron, informed him that his agricultural field was situated adjacent to the pit being excavated and that the field’s dol (embankment/boundary ridge) had collapsed. This issue led to a verbal altercation between the two parties. According to the complaint, while this was transpiring, Pramod—a resident of Village Johron—arrived at the scene and began arguing. It is alleged that when Anshul Goyal attempted to leave the premises, Pramod intercepted him, slapped him repeatedly, and issued death threats. Given the gravity of the matter, a case has been registered against the accused at the Majra Police Station. The police have initiated an investigation, and further legal action is currently underway.
