क्षेत्र के प्रतिष्ठित शिक्षण संस्थान माँ भगवती पब्लिक स्कूल हरिपुरधार में बीते कल ‘विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस’ (World Earth Day) के उपलक्ष्य पर हर्षोल्लास के साथ विभिन्न जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों ने न केवल अपनी कला और वाणी का प्रदर्शन किया, बल्कि रैली निकालकर स्थानीय जनता को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक भी किया। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा निकाली गई जन-जागरूकता रैली रही। छात्र-छात्राओं ने हरिपुरधार बाजार में रैली निकालकर पर्यावरण बचाने के संदेश दिए। इस दौरान बच्चों के जोश भरे नारों से पूरा बाजार गूँज उठा। हाथों में तख्तियां और बैनर लिए बच्चों ने स्थानीय लोगों से अपील की कि वे आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए धरती को सुरक्षित और हरा-भरा बनाए रखें। स्कूल परिसर में आयोजित भाषण प्रतियोगिता में बच्चों ने अपनी ओजस्वी वाणी से पृथ्वी के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को साझा किया। वहीं, कक्षा नौवीं और दसवीं के छात्रों ने पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता में अपनी कूची के रंग बिखेरे और बेहद सुंदर व अर्थपूर्ण पोस्टर बनाकर अपनी रचनात्मकता का परिचय दिया।

प्रतियोगिता के परिणामों की घोषणा करते हुए स्कूल प्रबंधन ने विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया। भाषण प्रतियोगिता में अपनी प्रतिभा का लोहा मनवाते हुए 10वीं कक्षा की अक्षिता राणा ने प्रथम स्थान हासिल किया, जबकि हंसिका दूसरे और दिव्यांशी तीसरे स्थान पर रहीं। वहीं, पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता में भी छात्र-छात्राओं ने अपनी रचनात्मकता दिखाई, जिसमें 10वीं कक्षा की समीक्षा, अक्षिता ठाकुर, मुस्कान और आरुषि छिंटा की टीम ने पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया। कक्षा 9वीं की किंजल, दिव्यांका, श्रुति, अदिति, वंशिका और कनिष्का की टीम दूसरे स्थान पर रही, जबकि इसी कक्षा के आरव, करण, दिव्यांशु और रोहन की टीम ने तीसरा स्थान हासिल कर अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन किया। इस पूरे आयोजन को सफल बनाने में स्कूल के सभी अध्यापकों ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। शिक्षकों ने बच्चों का मार्गदर्शन किया और उन्हें बताया कि पृथ्वी दिवस केवल एक दिन का उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि हर दिन का संकल्प होना चाहिए। स्कूल प्रबंधन ने विजेता छात्रों को बधाई दी और उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की।

Holding placards and banners, the children appealed to the local people to keep the Earth safe and green for future generations. In a speech competition held on the school campus, the children shared their responsibilities towards the Earth with their powerful speeches. Meanwhile, students in grades 9 and 10 displayed their creativity in a poster-making competition, creating beautiful and meaningful posters.

Announcing the results of the competition, the school management honored the winners. Akshita Rana of grade 10 won first place in the speech competition, while Hansika came in second and Divyanshi third. Students also showcased their creativity in the poster-making competition, where the team of Sameeksha, Akshita Thakur, Muskan, and Aarushi Chhinta from grade 10 took first place. All the teachers of the school played a crucial role in making this event a success. Teachers guided the children and told them that Earth Day shouldn’t be a one-day celebration, but a daily commitment.
