जिला सिरमौर के पांवटा साहिब के बद्रीपुर क्षेत्र में बुधवार को एक मामूली कहासुनी ने हिंसक रूप धारण कर लिया। बाल कटवाने के लिए सैलून पहुंचे एक युवक पर कैंची से हमला किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। हमले में युवक के पेट में गंभीर चोट लगी, जिसके बाद उसे उपचार के लिए अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। पुलिस ने पीड़ित की शिकायत पर आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस को दिए बयान में 25 वर्षीय नारायण सिंह पुत्र प्रताप सिंह निवासी गांव सागरी, तहसील दसुही, जिला पाली (राजस्थान), हाल निवासी बद्रीपुर, पांवटा साहिब ने बताया कि वह मंगलवार दोपहर करीब 1:29 बजे बद्रीपुर स्थित एक हेयर ड्रेसर में बाल कटवाने के लिए गया था। उसने बताया कि वह पहले भी उक्त दुकान पर नियमित रूप से जाता रहा है और हेयर ड्रेसर के उसके 10 रुपये पहले से लेने थे। शिकायतकर्ता के अनुसार बाल कटवाने के बाद उसने दुकान संचालक को फोन-पे के माध्यम से 100 रुपये का भुगतान किया और पहले के 10 रुपये उसमें समायोजित कर लिए। इसी दौरान दुकान में मौजूद सोहेल पुत्र अनवर निवासी टोका, जिसे वह पहले से जानता है, से उसने मजाक में गले मिल लिया। नारायण सिंह का आरोप है कि जब वह दुकान से बाहर निकलने लगा तो सोहेल ने उसका रास्ता रोक लिया। देखते ही देखते दोनों के बीच कहासुनी हो गई। आरोप है कि सोहेल ने पहले उसके मुंह पर थप्पड़ मारा और फिर हाथ में मौजूद कैंची से उसके पेट पर वार कर दिया। अचानक हुए हमले से युवक घायल होकर वहीं गिर पड़ा और आसपास मौजूद लोगों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और घायल युवक को उपचार के लिए अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। वहीं मामले की जानकारी पुलिस को दी गई। पुलिस ने पीड़ित के बयान के आधार पर आरोपी के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।

A case has come to light involving a youth who was attacked with a pair of scissors while visiting a salon to get a haircut. The attack resulted in a severe injury to the youth’s abdomen, following which he was rushed to a hospital for medical treatment. Acting on the victim’s complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused and have initiated an investigation. In a statement given to the police, 25-year-old Narayan Singh—son of Pratap Singh, a native of Sagari village (Tehsil Dasuhi, District Pali, Rajasthan) and a current resident of Badripur, Paonta Sahib—stated that he had gone to a hairdresser’s shop in Badripur on Tuesday afternoon, around 1:29 PM, to get a haircut. He mentioned that he had been a regular customer at the said shop in the past, and the hairdresser owed him 10 rupees from a previous visit. According to the complainant, after getting his haircut, he paid the shop owner 100 rupees via PhonePe, adjusting the previous 10-rupee balance within that payment. During this time, he jokingly embraced Sohel—son of Anwar, a resident of Toka—who was present in the shop and whom he already knew. Narayan Singh alleges that as he was preparing to leave the shop, Sohel blocked his path. In an instant, an altercation broke out between the two. It is alleged that Sohel first slapped him across the face and then struck him in the abdomen with the scissors he was holding in his hand. Injured by the sudden attack, the youth collapsed on the spot, causing panic and chaos among the people present nearby. Upon receiving news of the incident, local residents rushed to the scene and transported the injured youth to a hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the matter was reported to the police. Based on the victim’s statement, the police have registered a case against the accused under the relevant sections of the law.
