उपमंडल दण्डाधिकारी पांवटा साहिब, द्विज गोयल (आईएएस) ने उपमंडल में इन दिनों पड़ रही भीषण गर्मी एवं हीट वेव को देखते हुए विद्यार्थियों को डिहाइड्रेशन, हीट एग्जॉशन एवं हीट स्ट्रोक जैसी समस्याओं से बचाने के उद्देश्य से सभी सरकारी एवं निजी स्कूलों के समय में अस्थायी परिवर्तन के आदेश जारी किए हैं। आदेशों के अनुसार उपमंडल के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी सरकारी एवं निजी स्कूलों का समय इस प्रकार निर्धारित किया गया है कक्षा 8वीं तक की कक्षाएं प्रातः 7:00 बजे से दोपहर 12:30 बजे तक तथा कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक की कक्षाएं प्रातः 7:00 बजे से दोपहर 1:00 बजे तक संचालित होंगी।

इसके अतिरिक्त सभी स्कूलों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि स्कूल समय के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की बाहरी गतिविधियां, जैसे खेलकूद एवं प्रार्थना सभा, धूप में आयोजित न की जाएं। साथ ही स्कूलों में पर्याप्त मात्रा में स्वच्छ पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जाए, पंखों एवं अन्य शीतलन व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से कार्यरत रहे तथा हीट से संबंधित आपात स्थितियों के लिए प्राथमिक उपचार की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा तथा 31 मई, 2026 तक या आगामी आदेशों तक प्रभावी रहेगा। स्कूल प्रबंधन को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे इन आदेशों का पूर्णतः पालन सुनिश्चित करें। आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

In view of the intense heat and heat wave currently prevailing in the subdivision, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Paonta Sahib, Dwij Goyal (IAS), has issued orders temporarily changing the timings of all government and private schools to protect students from problems such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke. According to the orders, the timings of all government and private schools under the jurisdiction of the subdivision have been fixed as follows: Classes up to grade 8 will run from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm, and classes from grades 9 to 12 will run from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Furthermore, all schools have been instructed not to conduct any outdoor activities, such as sports and prayer meetings, in the sun during school hours. Additionally, schools must provide adequate amounts of clean drinking water, ensure fans and other cooling systems are functioning properly, and ensure proper first aid arrangements are made for heat-related emergencies. This order will take effect immediately and will remain in effect until May 31, 2026, or until further orders. School managements have been instructed to ensure complete compliance with these orders. Violations of these orders will result in legal action against those affected.
