महामाया बाला सुंदरी आश्विन नवरात्र मेला त्रिलोकपुर (22 सितंबर से 7 अक्तूबर 2025) को लेकर प्रशासन ने सख्त आदेश जारी किए हैं। जिला दण्डाधिकारी सिरमौर प्रियंका वर्मा ने बताया कि मेले के दौरान कालाअंब थाना क्षेत्र और मेला परिसर में किसी भी प्रकार के आग्नेयास्त्र, घातक हथियार और विस्फोटक सामग्री लाने-ले जाने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि मेला अवधि में कोई भी तीर्थयात्री मंदिर में नारियल नहीं चढ़ाएगा तथा शराब पीकर या लेकर मेला क्षेत्र में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा।

डीसी ने आदेशों में कहा है कि 22 सितंबर से 7 अक्तूबर तक सुबह 6 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक कालाअंब-त्रिलोकपुर रोड़ पर तूड़ी व भूसे से लदे ट्रक और ट्रैक्टरों का संचालन प्रतिबंधित रहेगा, ताकि यातायात सुचारू रूप से चलता रहे। धार्मिक आस्था और श्रद्धालुओं की भावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रशासन ने यह भी आदेश दिए हैं कि मेला अवधि में पूरे त्रिलोकपुर क्षेत्र में मांस और मछली की बिक्री पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित रहेगी। हालांकि, कालाअंब-त्रिलोकपुर मार्ग पर स्थित मांस व मछली की दुकानें केवल दुकान के अंदर (पर्दे में) ही विक्रय कर सकेंगी। डीसी प्रियंका वर्मा ने चेतावनी दी कि इन आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कानून के तहत सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

The administration has issued strict orders regarding Mahamaya Bala Sundari Ashwin Navratri Mela Trilokpur (22 September to 7 October 2025). District Magistrate Sirmaur Priyanka Verma said that during the fair, there will be a complete ban on carrying any kind of firearms, lethal weapons and explosive materials in Kala Amb police station area and fair premises. She clarified that during the fair period, no pilgrim will offer coconut in the temple and will not enter the fair area after drinking or carrying alcohol.

The DC has said in the orders that from 22 September to 7 October, from 6 am to 10 pm, the operation of trucks and tractors loaded with straw and hay will be banned on Kala Amb-Trilokpur road, so that the traffic remains smooth. Keeping in mind the religious faith and the sentiments of the devotees, the administration has also ordered that the sale of meat and fish will be completely banned in the entire Trilokpur area during the fair period. However, meat and fish shops located on the Kala Amb-Trilokpur road will be able to sell only inside the shop (behind the curtain). DC Priyanka Verma warned that strict action will be taken under the law against those who violate these orders.
