हिमाचल प्रदेश भाजपा प्रवक्ता विनय गुप्ता ने प्रदेश की आपदा राहत के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा 1500 करोड़ रुपये की सहायता राशि देने पर आभार व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने आज हिमाचल के आपदाग्रस्त क्षेत्रों का हवाई सर्वेक्षण कर स्वयं तबाही का जायजा लिया और पीड़ितों के दर्द को दिल से महसूस करते हुए तुरंत राहत राशि देने का निर्णय लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने न केवल लोगों का दुख साझा किया बल्कि बाढ़ से प्रभावित गरीब परिवारों के उजड़े आशियानों को दोबारा बसाने का भी प्रयास किया है। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्कू से आग्रह किया कि केंद्र द्वारा जारी की गई राहत राशि सही और पारदर्शी तरीके से वास्तविक पीड़ितों तक पहुंचाई जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रभावित परिवारों की मदद मेरिट के आधार पर होनी चाहिए और इस राशि की किसी भी प्रकार की बंदरबांट बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। विनय गुप्ता ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने जिस उदारतापूर्वक राहत की घोषणा की है, उससे यह साबित होता है कि देश को ऐसे ही नेतृत्व की आवश्यकता है जो आम लोगों के दर्द को अपना समझ सके। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की इसी उदारवादी सोच के कारण आज विश्वभर में उनकी अलग पहचान है। प्रदेश प्रवक्ता ने हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकारों का भी आभार जताया, जिन्होंने हिमाचल के आपदाग्रस्त लोगों की सहायता के लिए पांच-पांच करोड़ रुपये की राशि प्रदान की है।

Himachal Pradesh BJP spokesperson Vinay Gupta has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing assistance of Rs 1500 crore for disaster relief in the state. He said that the Prime Minister today took stock of the devastation by conducting an aerial survey of the disaster-affected areas of Himachal and feeling the pain of the victims from his heart, decided to provide immediate relief funds. He said that the Prime Minister not only shared the grief of the people but also tried to rehabilitate the destroyed homes of the poor families affected by the floods. The BJP spokesperson urged the Chief Minister of the state Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu that the relief amount released by the Center should be delivered to the real victims in a correct and transparent manner.

He said that the affected families should be helped on the basis of merit and any kind of misappropriation of this amount will not be tolerated. Vinay Gupta said that the generous relief announced by the Prime Minister proves that the country needs such a leadership that can understand the pain of the common people as its own. He said that due to this liberal thinking of Prime Minister Modi, he has a distinct identity across the world today. The state spokesperson also thanked the BJP governments of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, who have provided an amount of five crore rupees each for the help of the disaster-affected people of Himachal.
