जिला सिरमौर के पुलिस थाना पुरुवाला क्षेत्र में एक सड़क दुर्घटना का मामला सामने आया है, जिसमें दो लोग घायल हो गए। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार संजय कुमार पुत्र सुरेश कुमार निवासी गांव बडियार, डाकघर काण्डो भटनोल, तहसील शिलाई तथा शरवण कुमार पुत्र बलदेव सिंह, कार संख्या UK07V-6710 (ऑल्टो) में अपने गांव बडियार से शरली की ओर जा रहे थे। बताया जा रहा है कि वाहन को शरवण कुमार चला रहा था। जब वाहन गांव पभार के समीप पहुंचा तो चालक अचानक वाहन से नियंत्रण खो बैठा, जिसके चलते कार सड़क से नीचे खाई में जा गिरी। दुर्घटना में वाहन में सवार दोनों व्यक्तियों को चोटें आई हैं। घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। इस संबंध में पुलिस थाना पुरुवाला में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 281 एवं 125(ए) के तहत अभियोग पंजीकृत कर आगामी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जा रही है।

A road accident has been reported within the jurisdiction of the Puruwala Police Station in District Sirmour, resulting in injuries to two individuals. According to the information received, Sanjay Kumar—son of Suresh Kumar, a resident of Village Badiyar (Post Office Kando Bhatnol, Tehsil Shillai)—and Sharvan Kumar—son of Baldev Singh—were traveling from their village, Badiyar, towards Sharli in a car bearing registration number UK07V-6710 (an Alto). It is reported that Sharvan Kumar was driving the vehicle. As the vehicle approached the vicinity of Village Pabhar, the driver suddenly lost control, causing the car to veer off the road and plunge into a gorge below. Both occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries in the accident. Upon receiving information regarding the incident, the police registered a case and initiated an investigation. In this regard, a case has been registered at the Puruwala Police Station under Sections 281 and 125(A) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and further legal action is being undertaken.
