देहरादून:पटेलनगर क्षेत्र के भुड्डी गांव में हुई युवक की सनसनीखेज ह*त्या का दून पुलिस ने महज 10 घंटे के भीतर खु*लासा कर दिया। पुलिस जांच में चौंकाने वाला तथ्य सामने आया कि मृतक की हत्या किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति ने नहीं, बल्कि उसके ही छोटे भाई ने की थी। पुलिस ने आरोपी शाहिद हारून (21) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार रविवार रात सोहेल हारून की घर के भीतर गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। घटना के बाद परिवार की ओर से अज्ञात हमलावरों द्वारा घर में घुसकर हत्या करने की बात कही गई थी। हालांकि घटनास्थल की बारीकी से जांच, तकनीकी साक्ष्यों और सीसीटीवी फुटेज के विश्लेषण में पुलिस को कई महत्वपूर्ण सुराग मिले। जांच में पाया गया कि घर के सीसीटीवी कैमरों की रिकॉर्डिंग डिलीट कर दी गई थी और आसपास लगे कैमरों में भी कोई संदिग्ध व्यक्ति घर में आता-जाता नजर नहीं आया।

पुलिस ने घर के बाथरूम से हत्या में इस्तेमाल की गई 32 बोर की देशी पिस्टल बरामद की। मृतक के छोटे भाई शाहिद हारून से पूछताछ के दौरान उसके बयान बार-बार बदलने पर पुलिस को संदेह हुआ। सख्ती से पूछताछ करने पर उसने हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम देने की बात स्वीकार कर ली।

पुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि शाहिद नशे और फिजूलखर्ची का आदी था। आरोप है कि उसने अपने पिता के एटीएम कार्ड से करीब 10 लाख रुपये निकालकर खर्च कर दिए थे। इस बात को लेकर बड़े भाई सोहेल ने उसकी पिटाई की थी। इसी रंजिश और अपमान का बदला लेने के लिए शाहिद ने हत्या की साजिश रची।

वारदात से पहले आरोपी ने घर के सीसीटीवी कैमरों की रिकॉर्डिंग बंद कर दी और मौका मिलते ही अपने बड़े भाई को गोली मार दी। हत्या के बाद उसने अज्ञात हमलावरों की कहानी गढ़कर पुलिस को गुमराह करने का प्रयास किया।

इतना ही नहीं, खुद को निर्दोष साबित करने और जांच को भटकाने के लिए आरोपी ने ग्रामीणों को उकसाकर मृतक के शव को देहरादून-पांवटा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर रखकर प्रदर्शन कराया तथा सड़क जाम कर दी। इस मामले में आरोपी समेत अन्य नामजद और अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ अलग से मुकदमा भी दर्ज किया गया है।

दून पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और सटीक जांच के चलते हत्या की इस गुत्थी का कुछ ही घंटों में पर्दाफाश हो गया। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।

Blind Murder Case Solved Within 10 Hours: Younger Brother Conspired to Kill Elder Brother

Dehradun: The Dehradun Police solved the sensational murder of a young man in Bhuddi village under the Patel Nagar police station area within just 10 hours. During the investigation, a shocking revelation emerged: the victim was not killed by an outsider but by his own younger brother. Police arrested the accused, Shahid Haroon (21).

According to police, Sohel Haroon was shot dead inside his house on Sunday night. Following the incident, the family initially claimed that unidentified assailants had entered the house and committed the murder. However, a detailed examination of the crime scene, technical evidence, and CCTV footage provided crucial leads to investigators. Police discovered that the CCTV recordings from the house had been deliberately deleted, and footage from nearby cameras showed no suspicious person entering or leaving the premises.

During the investigation, police recovered a .32 bore country-made pistol used in the crime from the bathroom of the house. Suspicion grew when Shahid Haroon repeatedly changed his statements during questioning. Upon intensive interrogation, he eventually confessed to committing the murder.

Police investigation revealed that Shahid was addicted to drugs and extravagant spending. He had allegedly withdrawn and spent nearly ₹1 million (10 lakh rupees) from his father’s ATM card. His elder brother Sohel had reportedly beaten him over the issue. Seeking revenge for this humiliation and resentment, Shahid planned and executed the murder.

Before carrying out the crime, the accused disabled the CCTV recording system at the house and, when the opportunity arose, shot his elder brother. After the murder, he fabricated a story about unknown attackers in an attempt to mislead the police.

Furthermore, in an effort to prove his innocence and divert the investigation, Shahid allegedly instigated villagers to place the victim’s body on the Dehradun–Paonta National Highway, staging a protest and blocking the road. A separate case has also been registered against the accused and other named and unidentified individuals involved in the highway blockade.

Thanks to the swift action and precise investigation by Dehradun Police, the murder mystery was unraveled within hours. The accused has been arrested, and legal proceedings are underway to present him before the court.
