पांवटा साहिब के नवादा क्षेत्र में जमीन को लेकर दो पक्षों के बीच हुआ विवाद मारपीट में बदल गया। इस झगड़े में छुट्टी पर घर आए आर्मी जवान हनीश अली पर पड़ोसी पक्ष ने हमला कर दिया। हमले में हनीश अली के सिर पर गंडासी से वार किया गया, जिससे वह घायल हो गए।जानकारी के अनुसार, हनीश अली सेना में तैनात हैं और छुट्टियां बिताने अपने घर नवादा आए हुए थे। बुधवार को वह अपनी जमीन पर काम कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान साथ लगती जमीन पर रहने वाले मीर हसन पुत्र मुश्ताक, मोसिना पत्नी मीर हसन, शौकीन पुत्र मीर हसन, गालिब पुत्र सुलतान और अरमान के साथ उनका विवाद हो गया। देखते ही देखते कहासुनी मारपीट में बदल गई। आरोप है कि इस दौरान अरमान ने अनीस अली के सिर पर गंडासी से वार कर दिया।हमले में घायल अनीस अली को तुरंत उपचार के लिए अस्पताल ले जाया गया। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। इस दौरान पुलिस का कहना है कि शिकायत के आधार पर सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है और निष्पक्ष जांच की जा रही है। दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।इस घटना के बाद नवादा क्षेत्र में तनाव का माहौल बन गया है। स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रशासन से अपील की है कि जमीन विवादों को जल्द सुलझाया जाए ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाओं से बचा जा सके।एसपी सिरमौर एन एस नेगी ने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया की पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

During this time, a dispute arose between him and the residents of the adjacent property: Mir Hasan (son of Mushtaq), Mosina (wife of Mir Hasan), Shaukeen (son of Mir Hasan), Galib (son of Sultan), and Arman. The verbal argument quickly spiraled into a physical brawl. It is alleged that during the altercation, Arman struck Hanish Ali on the head with a gandasa. Hanish Ali, injured in the attack, was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical treatment. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. Meanwhile, the police have stated that, based on the complaint received, a case has been registered against all the accused individuals, and an impartial investigation is underway.
