शिलाई में NCC एटीसी-219 शिविर शुरू: 456 कैडेट्स लेंगे प्रशिक्षण..

राजकीय महाविद्यालय शिलाई में शुक्रवार को एनसीसी एटीसी-219 (Annual Training Camp) शिविर का शुभारम्भ हुआ। यह 10 दिवसीय शिविर 15 मई से 24 मई 2026 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसमें सिरमौर जिले के विभिन्न शिक्षण संस्थानों के 456 कैडेट्स भाग ले रहे हैं। शिविर का आयोजन लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल जे.एस. चौहान के नेतृत्व में किया जा रहा है। इसमें 211 महिला कैडेट्स (SW एवं JW) और 245 पुरुष कैडेट्स (JD एवं SD) शामिल हैं। शिविर के दौरान कैडेट्स को शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण (पीटी), ड्रिल, फायरिंग अभ्यास, आपदा प्रबंधन, प्राथमिक चिकित्सा और मानचित्र अध्ययन सहित विभिन्न गतिविधियों का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इन गतिविधियों का उद्देश्य युवाओं में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व क्षमता, आत्मविश्वास और राष्ट्र सेवा की भावना विकसित करना है। शिविर की मेजबानी राजकीय महाविद्यालय शिलाई द्वारा की जा रही है। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के कार्यवाहक प्राचार्य प्रो. गोपाल भारद्वाज ने सभी कैडेट्स और अधिकारियों का स्वागत करते हुए शिविर के सफल संचालन के लिए हर संभव सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया। महाविद्यालय में एनसीसी प्रभारी राम लाल, सहायक आचार्य (अंग्रेज़ी) के मार्गदर्शन में शिविर की प्रारंभिक तैयारियां सुव्यवस्थित रूप से पूरी की गई हैं। इस शिविर में गवर्नमेंट डिग्री कॉलेज पांवटा साहिब, कफोटा, संगड़ाह, शिलाई, राजगढ़ सहित कई स्कूलों और निजी संस्थानों के कैडेट्स भाग ले रहे हैं। एनसीसी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, एटीसी शिविर युवाओं में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व क्षमता और सेवा भावना विकसित करने का एक प्रभावी मंच है। शिविर के शुभारम्भ अवसर पर कैडेट्स और अधिकारियों में उत्साह का माहौल देखने को मिला।

NCC ATC-219 Camp Begins in Shillai: 456 Cadets to Undergo Training

The NCC ATC-219 (Annual Training Camp) commenced on Friday at Government College, Shillai. This 10-day camp is scheduled to be held from May 15 to May 24, 2026, with 456 cadets from various educational institutions across the Sirmour district participating. The camp is being organized under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel J.S. Chauhan. The participants include 211 female cadets (SW and JW) and 245 male cadets (JD and SD). During the camp, cadets will receive training in various activities, including physical training (PT), drill, firing practice, disaster management, first aid, and map reading. The objective of these activities is to instill discipline, leadership skills, self-confidence, and a spirit of national service among the youth. The camp is being hosted by Government College, Shillai. On this occasion, the college’s Acting Principal, Prof. Gopal Bhardwaj, welcomed all the cadets and officers and assured them of every possible support for the successful conduct of the camp. The preliminary preparations for the camp were completed in a systematic manner under the guidance of Ram Lal, the NCC In-charge at the college and Assistant Professor (English). Cadets from several institutions—including Government Degree Colleges in Paonta Sahib, Kafota, Sangrah, Shillai, and Rajgarh—as well as various schools and private institutions, are participating in this camp. According to NCC officials, the ATC camp serves as an effective platform for fostering discipline, leadership capabilities, and a spirit of service among the youth. An atmosphere of enthusiasm was palpable among the cadets and officers during the inauguration ceremony of the camp.
