आज नाहन शहर भगवान खाटू श्याम के जयकारों से गुंजायमान हो उठा। श्री बालाजी एवं खाटू श्याम शहर मंडल की ओर से आयोजित वार्षिक उत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में आज शहर में भव्य शोभा यात्रा निकाली गई। काली स्थान तालाब स्थित प्राचीन बालाजी मंदिर से शुरू हुई इस यात्रा में भारी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं ने हिस्सा लिया और बाबा का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया। शोभा यात्रा का शुभारंभ काली स्थान तालाब से विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना के साथ हुआ। फूलों से सजे बाबा के भव्य रथ के साथ श्रद्धालु नाचते-गाते और हाथों में निशान (झंडे) लिए चल रहे थे। यह यात्रा नया बाजार, दिल्ली गेट, गोविंदगढ़, बाल्मीकि नगर, कच्चा टैंक, छोटा चौक, बड़ा चौक और गुन्नू घाट होते हुए शहर के प्रमुख रास्तों से गुजरी। जगह-जगह स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा पुष्प वर्षा और जलपान की व्यवस्था कर शोभा यात्रा का जोरदार स्वागत किया गया। देर शाम यह यात्रा ऐतिहासिक चौगान मैदान में पहुंचकर संपन्न होगी, जहाँ बाबा की विशेष आरती की जाएगी।

आयोजक दीपक चौधरी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि शोभा यात्रा के बाद कल शाम चौगान मैदान में एक विशाल संकीर्तन का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस धार्मिक संध्या में दिल्ली की प्रसिद्ध भजन गायिका भावना स्वरांजलि अपनी मधुर वाणी से बाबा का गुणगान करेंगी। संकीर्तन के लिए चौगान मैदान में भव्य दरबार सजाया जा रहा है। दीपक चौधरी ने बताया कि इस पूरे आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य समाज में सुख-शांति, आपसी भाईचारे और सनातन धर्म का प्रचार-प्रसार करना है। उन्होंने समस्त शहरवासियों से अपील की है कि वे कल होने वाले संकीर्तन में सपरिवार शामिल होकर बाबा खाटू श्याम का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करें।

Nahan city resounded with chants of Lord Khatu Shyam today. A grand procession was taken out in the city to mark the annual festival organized by the Shri Balaji and Khatu Shyam City Board. A large number of devotees participated in the procession, which began from the ancient Balaji Temple at Kali Sthan Pond and received Baba’s blessings. The procession began with a ritualistic worship at Kali Sthan Pond. Devotees danced and sang, carrying flags, alongside Baba’s grand chariot, decorated with flowers. The procession passed through the city’s main roads, including Naya Bazaar, Delhi Gate, Govindgarh, Balmiki Nagar, Kacha Tank, Chhota Chowk, Bada Chowk, and Gunnu Ghat. Locals welcomed the procession enthusiastically at various locations, showering flowers and providing refreshments. The procession concluded late in the evening at the historic Chaugan Ground, where a special aarti for Baba will be performed.

Organizer Deepak Chaudhary informed that after the Shobha Yatra, a huge Sankirtan will be organized tomorrow evening at Chaugan Maidan. In this religious evening, Delhi’s famous Bhajan singer Bhavana Swaranjali will sing Baba’s praises with her melodious voice. A grand court is being decorated at Chaugan Maidan for the Sankirtan. Deepak Chaudhary stated that the main objective of this entire event is to promote peace, harmony, and Sanatan Dharma in society. He appealed to all the citizens of the city to participate with their families in tomorrow’s Sankirtan and receive the blessings of Baba Khatu Shyam.
