हिमाचल प्रदेश वन मित्र यूनियन ने प्रदेश सरकार के समक्ष अपनी सेवाओं को नियमित करने के लिए स्थायी पॉलिसी बनाने की मांग उठाई है। आज नाहन के चौगान में हिमाचल दिवस समारोह के बाद वन मित्र यूनियन के प्रतिनिधिमंडल, जिसमें अजराम खान, अरमान, इशांक, ट्विंकल, शराफत अली, सुभाष और अनीश शामिल थे, ने उद्योग मंत्री से भेंट की। यूनियन ने उन्हें अवगत कराया कि वर्ष 2025 में भर्ती हुए 2061 वन मित्र वर्तमान में अस्थायी तौर पर अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं।प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मंत्री महोदय को अवगत कराया कि वर्ष 2025 में वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा भर्ती किए गए 2061 वन मित्र वर्तमान में अस्थायी आधार पर अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। वन मित्रों का कहना है कि नौकरी स्थायी न होने और भविष्य की स्पष्ट नीति न होने के कारण कर्मचारियों में असुरक्षा का भाव पैदा हो रहा है।

अजराम खान, अरमान और इशांक ने जोर देकर कहा कि नियमित पॉलिसी न होने से कर्मचारियों का मनोबल टूट रहा है। यूनियन के सदस्यों ट्विंकल, शराफत अली, सुभाष और अनीश ने मांग की है कि सरकार जल्द ही वन मित्रों के लिए एक स्पष्ट नियमितिकरण पॉलिसी तैयार करे और यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि कितने वर्षों की सेवा के बाद उन्हें नियमित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वे वनों की सुरक्षा, वनाग्नि से बचाव और पौधारोपण जैसे कार्यों को पूरी निष्ठा से कर रहे हैं, ऐसे में सरकार को उनके भविष्य पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्द्धन चौहान ने वन मित्रों की मांगों को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना और प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वासन दिया कि सरकार उनकी समस्याओं और मांग पत्र पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार करेगी।

Van Mitra Union’s Demand in Nahan: Call Raised for a Permanent Policy to Regularize Services

The Himachal Pradesh Van Mitra Union has raised a demand before the state government to formulate a permanent policy for the regularization of their services. Today, following the Himachal Day celebrations at the Chaugan in Nahan, a delegation of the Van Mitra Union—comprising Ajram Khan, Arman, Ishank, Twinkle, Sharafat Ali, Subhash, and Aneesh—met with the Industries Minister. The Union apprised him that 2,061 Van Mitras, recruited in the year 2025, are currently rendering their services on a temporary basis. The delegation informed the Minister that these 2,061 Van Mitras, recruited by the current government in 2025, are presently serving on a temporary footing. The Van Mitras stated that the lack of job permanency and the absence of a clear policy regarding their future are fostering a sense of insecurity among the employees.

Ajram Khan, Arman, and Ishank emphasized that the absence of a regularization policy is demoralizing the employees. Union members Twinkle, Sharafat Ali, Subhash, and Aneesh demanded that the government expeditiously formulate a clear regularization policy for the Van Mitras, explicitly defining the number of years of service required for their regularization. They asserted that they are performing duties such as forest protection, wildfire prevention, and tree plantation with utmost dedication; therefore, the government ought to prioritize their future security. Industries Minister Harshvardhan Chauhan listened attentively to the demands of the Van Mitras and assured the delegation that the government would give sympathetic consideration to their grievances and memorandum of demands.
