हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने छह तहसीलदारों को राज्य की प्रतिष्ठित सेवा हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवा (HAS) में पदोन्नत कर दिवाली से पहले बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। ये प्रमोशन आदेश उच्च न्यायालय में लंबित विभिन्न मुकदमों के अधीन हैं। ऐसे में प्रमोशन की इस सूची के जारी होते ही राजस्व विभाग में उत्साह और बधाइयों का दौर शुरू हो गया है। इन अधिकारियों को अब पोस्टिंग के इंतजार करना होगा। इसको लेकर सरकार की ओर से अलग से आदेश जारी किए जाएंगे। हिमाचल में तहसीलदार पद पर सेवाएं दे रहे 6 अधिकारियों को पदोन्नत कर HAS बनाया गया है।

कार्मिक विभाग से जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार ये पदोन्नति हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवा नियम 1973 के नियम 15 के तहत, विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की सिफारिशों और हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से की गई हैं। इसके मुताबिक अजय कुमार सिंह, विवेक कुमार नेगी, राजेश कुमार, जगदीश चंद, चेतन चौहान और संजीत शर्मा को तहसीलदार से पदोन्नत कर HAS बनाया गया है। ये पदोन्नति उच्च न्यायालय में लंबित विभिन्न मुकदमों के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन हैं। वहीं, HAS बने इन अधिकारियों को आदेश जारी होने की तारीख से एक महीने के भीतर एफआर-22 के तहत वेतन निर्धारण के लिए अपने विकल्प चुनने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।

The Himachal Pradesh government has given a big gift before Diwali by promoting six Tehsildars to the state’s prestigious service, Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HAS). These promotion orders are subject to various cases pending in the High Court. As such, as soon as this promotion list was released, a wave of excitement and congratulations started in the Revenue Department. These officers will now have to wait for their posting. Separate orders will be issued by the government regarding this. Six officers serving as Tehsildars in Himachal have been promoted to HAS.

According to a notification issued by the Personnel Department, these promotions have been made under Rule 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Rules 1973, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. According to this, Ajay Kumar Singh, Vivek Kumar Negi, Rajesh Kumar, Jagdish Chand, Chetan Chauhan and Sanjeet Sharma have been promoted from Tehsildar to HAS. These promotions are subject to the final decision of various cases pending in the High Court. Meanwhile, these HAS officers have been directed to exercise their options for pay fixation under FR-22 within one month from the date of issuance of the order. Orders have been issued in this regard.
