एनडीए उम्मीदवार राधाकृष्णन देश के 15 वें उपराष्ट्रपति चुने गए हैं। विपक्षी गठबंधन इंडिया के जस्टिस बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी को 152 वोटो से पटकनी दी। 788 सांसदों में से 767 सांसदों ने अपने वोट मत का प्रयोग किया। जिसमें से राधाकृष्णन को 452 और जस्टिस रेडी को 300 वोट मिले,15 वोट अवैध पाए गए। जल्द ही राधाकृष्णन का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह होगा उनका कार्यकाल 5 साल तक रहेगा। राष्ट्रपति द्रोपदी मुर्मू , प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, सहित एनडीए के तमाम नेताओं ने राधाकृष्णन सफल और प्रभावशाली कार्यकाल के लिए बधाई दी।

NDA candidate Radhakrishnan has been elected as the 15th Vice President of the country. He defeated Justice B. Sudarshan Reddy of the opposition coalition India by 152 votes. Out of 788 MPs, 767 MPs cast their votes. Radhakrishnan got 452 votes and Justice Reddy got 300 votes, 15 votes were found invalid. Radhakrishnan’s swearing-in ceremony will be held soon, his term will be for 5 years. President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and all the NDA leaders congratulated Radhakrishnan for his successful and impressive tenure.
