पीएम मोदी के दौरे से पहले हाई अलर्ट: मुख्य सचिव और DGP ने संभाली तैयारियों की कमान, सुरक्षा-ट्रैफिक पर सख्त निर्देश

प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi के प्रस्तावित उत्तराखण्ड दौरे को लेकर शासन-प्रशासन पूरी तरह अलर्ट मोड में नजर आ रहा है। इसी क्रम में मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन और पुलिस महानिदेशक दीपम सेठ ने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ कार्यक्रम स्थल का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर तैयारियों का जायजा लिया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने Dat Kali Temple से महिंद्रा ग्राउंड, गढ़ी कैंट तक व्यवस्थाओं को बारीकी से परखा। मुख्य सचिव ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को पूरी तरह चाकचौबंद रखने के निर्देश दिए, साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे के दौरान शहर में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए ठोस और प्रभावी कार्ययोजना तैयार करने पर जोर दिया।

मीडिया से अनौपचारिक बातचीत में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि Delhi-Dehradun Expressway के निर्माण से दिल्ली-एनसीआर से देहरादून तक की दूरी और समय में कमी आएगी। इससे न केवल पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, बल्कि Char Dham Yatra की कनेक्टिविटी भी बेहतर होगी और प्रदेश की आर्थिक गतिविधियों को नई गति मिलेगी।

इस दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने डाट काली मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना कर प्रदेश की खुशहाली की कामना भी की।

निरीक्षण के दौरान सचिव डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून सविन बंसल, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रमेन्द्र सिंह डोभाल और नगर आयुक्त नमामी बंसल सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

The administration is on high alert regarding the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Uttarakhand. In this regard, Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan and Director General of Police Deepam Seth, along with senior officials, conducted an on-site inspection of the event venue to review the preparations.

During the inspection, officials closely examined arrangements from Dat Kali Temple to Mahindra Ground, Garhi Cantt. The Chief Secretary directed that security arrangements be made foolproof and emphasized the need for a solid and effective traffic management plan to ensure smooth movement during the Prime Minister’s visit.

While interacting informally with the media, the Chief Secretary stated that the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway will significantly reduce travel time between Delhi-NCR and Dehradun. This will not only boost tourism but also improve connectivity for the Char Dham Yatra and accelerate economic activities in the region.

On this occasion, the Chief Secretary also offered prayers at Dat Kali Temple, wishing for the prosperity of the state.

Senior officials including Secretary Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey, District Magistrate Dehradun Savin Bansal, Senior Superintendent of Police Parmendra Singh Dobal, and Municipal Commissioner Namami Bansal were also present during the inspection.
