हूटर बजाकर दिखा रहा था रौ*ब, निकला नशे में—‘ऑपरेशन प्र*हार’ में पुलिस की बड़ी कार्र*वाई….

दून पुलिस के विशेष अभियान “ऑपरेशन प्रहार” के तहत विकासनगर क्षेत्र में देर रात सख्त चेकिंग अभियान चलाया गया, जिसमें नशे में वाहन चलाने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई।

चेकिंग के दौरान पुलिस ने एक इनोवा कार चालक को रोका, जो शराब के नशे में तेज रफ्तार से वाहन चलाते हुए हूटर बजाकर प्रभाव जमाने की कोशिश कर रहा था। कार पर ब्लॉक प्रमुख का बोर्ड भी लगा हुआ था, लेकिन पुलिस को देखते ही चालक हाथ जोड़ने लगा। पुलिस ने मौके पर ही वाहन सीज करते हुए चालक को हिरासत में ले लिया। उसकी पहचान सोनू निवासी गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश के रूप में हुई है।

इसके अलावा, पुलिस ने दो अन्य चालकों—सक्षम उर्फ लक्की (हरियाणा) और अमन पाटिल (विकासनगर)—को भी नशे में वाहन चलाते हुए पकड़ा। तीनों आरोपियों के वाहन सीज कर दिए गए।

अभियान के दौरान कुल 60 वाहनों के चालान किए गए, जिनमें से 40 चालान न्यायालय भेजे गए। वहीं 4 वाहन सीज किए गए और 16 संयोजन चालान के जरिए 10,500 रुपये का जुर्माना वसूला गया। पुलिस ने 40 व्यक्तियों का सत्यापन भी किया।

पुलिस का कहना है कि “ऑपरेशन प्रहार” के तहत ऐसे अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेंगे, ताकि सड़कों पर कानून व्यवस्था और आमजन की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

Under the special drive “Operation Prahar” being carried out by Dehradun Police, strict late-night checking was conducted in the Vikasnagar area, targeting drunk driving and traffic violations.

During the checking, police intercepted an Innova car driver who was driving at high speed under the influence of alcohol while using a siren to assert authority. The vehicle also had a Block Pramukh (Block Chief) board displayed. However, upon seeing the police, the driver started pleading. The police immediately seized the vehicle and took the driver into custody. He was identified as Sonu, a resident of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

In addition, two other drivers—Saksham alias Lucky (Haryana) and Aman Patil (Vikasnagar)—were also caught driving under the influence of alcohol. All three vehicles were seized.

During the अभियान, a total of 60 vehicles were challaned, out of which 40 cases were sent to court. Four vehicles were seized, and a fine of ₹10,500 was collected through 16 compound challans. The police also conducted verification of 40 individuals.

Police officials stated that such strict drives under “Operation Prahar” will continue to ensure law and order and enhance public safety on the roads.
