हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित एलडीआर (LDR) परीक्षा में भाग लेने वाले एसएमसी (SMC) शिक्षकों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण खबर है। जिला सिरमौर के शिक्षा विभाग ने टीजीटी (TGT) संस्कृत, हिंदी और ड्राइंग मास्टर के पदों हेतु दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन का कार्यक्रम घोषित कर दिया है । यह प्रक्रिया 28 और 30 मार्च को उप निदेशक, स्कूल शिक्षा (प्राथमिक) कार्यालय, नाहन में आयोजित की जाएगी । उप निदेशक राजीव ठाकुर ने बताया कि 22 फरवरी 2026 को आयोजित एलडीआर परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के दस्तावेजों का मिलान जिला स्तरीय चयन समिति के समक्ष किया जाएगा । निर्धारित शेड्यूल के तहत टीजीटी संस्कृत और ड्राइंग मास्टर के अभ्यर्थियों को 28 मार्च को सुबह 10 बजे उपस्थित होना होगा । वहीं, टीजीटी हिंदी के पदों के लिए दस्तावेज़ों का सत्यापन 30 मार्च को सुबह 10 बजे से शुरू होगा ।

अभ्यर्थियों को मैट्रिक, जमा दो , स्नातक व स्नातकोत्तर की अंकतालिकाएं, बीएड और टेट (TET) प्रमाण पत्र के साथ-साथ एसएमसी नियुक्ति आदेश और अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र लाना होगा । इसके अलावा हिमाचली बोनाफाइड, चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र और एलडीआर परीक्षा का स्कोर कार्ड भी प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है । SMC अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र DDSE द्वारा सत्यापित होना चाहिए और सभी दस्तावेज़ों की दो-दो सत्यापित प्रतियां साथ लाना आवश्यक है । आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों के अभाव में किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को अपात्र घोषित किया जा सकता है। विभाग ने कड़े निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि इस संबंध में किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को अलग से कोई व्यक्तिगत पत्र या सूचना नहीं भेजी जाएगी । यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित समय और तिथि पर अनुपस्थित रहता है या आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है, तो उसे चयन प्रक्रिया से बाहर कर अपात्र मान लिया जाएगा । इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित अभ्यर्थी की होगी।

Important news for SMC teachers appearing for the LDR examination conducted by the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board. The Education Department of Sirmaur district has announced the document verification schedule for the posts of TGT Sanskrit, Hindi, and Drawing Master. This process will be held on March 28th and 30th at the Deputy Director of School Education (Primary) office in Nahan. Deputy Director Rajiv Thakur stated that the documents of candidates appearing for the LDR examination, scheduled for February 22, 2026, will be verified before the district-level selection committee. As per the schedule, candidates for TGT Sanskrit and Drawing Master will be required to appear on March 28th at 10:00 am. Document verification for the TGT Hindi post will begin on March 30th at 10:00 am.

Candidates must bring their Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, and Post-Graduation mark sheets, B.Ed. and TET certificates, as well as their SMC appointment order and experience certificate. In addition, it is mandatory to submit Himachali bonafide, character certificate, and LDR exam score card. SMC experience certificate must be verified by DDSE, and two attested copies of all documents must be brought along. Any candidate lacking the required documents may be declared ineligible. The department has issued strict instructions, stating that no separate individual letter or information will be sent to any candidate in this regard. If any candidate is absent on the scheduled time and date or fails to submit the required documents, they will be disqualified from the selection process and will be considered ineligible. The candidate will be solely responsible for this.
