मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को राज्य मंत्रिमंडल की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से जुड़े छह अहम प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगाई गई।
1. पेमेंट ऑफ बोनस एक्ट संशोधन वापस
श्रम विभाग द्वारा कोविड-19 अवधि के दौरान केंद्र सरकार को भेजा गया *पेमेंट ऑफ बोनस एक्ट* में संशोधन प्रस्ताव वापस लेने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
2. ईएसआई डॉक्टरों की भर्ती को हरी झंडी
लेबर मेडिकल सर्विस नियमावली 2006 में संशोधन कर ईएसआई अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की भर्ती का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया गया है। कुल 94 पदों पर नियुक्ति के साथ पदोन्नति की प्रक्रिया भी संचालित की जाएगी।
3. एंटी नारकोटिक्स टास्क फोर्स को सशक्तिकरण
गृह विभाग के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2022 में गठित एंटी नारकोटिक्स टास्क फोर्स (ANTF) को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए राज्य स्तर पर 22 नए पदों के सृजन को कैबिनेट ने स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।
4. हैबिचुअल ऑफेंडर’ की परिभाषा में संशोधन
कारागार अधिनियम में बार-बार अपराध करने वाले अपराधियों (Habitual Offenders) की परिभाषा को लेकर संशोधन किया गया है। इस संबंध में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित परिभाषा को राज्य में अपनाया गया है।
5. वन विभाग के दैनिक श्रमिकों को न्यूनतम वेतन
वन विभाग में कार्यरत कुल 893 दैनिक श्रमिकों में से 314 को पहले से न्यूनतम वेतनमान मिल रहा था। शेष 579 श्रमिकों को भी अब 18,000 रुपये मासिक न्यूनतम वेतन देने को मंजूरी दे दी गई है।
6. सूक्ष्म खाद्य उन्नयन योजना जारी रहेगी
कृषि विभाग के अंतर्गत प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उन्नयन योजना वर्ष 2025-26 तक लागू है। कैबिनेट ने निर्णय लिया है कि प्रदेश में संचालित मुख्यमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उन्नयन योजना को भी निरंतर जारी रखा जाएगा।कैबिनेट के इन निर्णयों को प्रशासनिक सुदृढ़ीकरण, कर्मचारी हितों की रक्षा और नशा उन्मूलन की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।
Six Key Decisions of Dhami Cabinet: Approval of 22 Posts for Anti-Narcotics Task Force, Minimum Wages for Forest Workers

A significant meeting of the State Cabinet was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The Cabinet approved six important proposals related to various departments.
1. Withdrawal of Amendment to the Payment of Bonus Act
The Cabinet decided to withdraw the amendment proposal to the Payment of Bonus Act that had been sent to the Central Government by the Labour Department during the COVID-19 period.
2. Green Signal for Recruitment of ESI Doctors
By amending the Labour Medical Service Rules, 2006, the Cabinet cleared the way for recruitment of doctors in ESI hospitals. A total of 94 posts will be filled, and the process of promotions will also be carried out.
3. Strengthening the Anti-Narcotics Task Force
The Cabinet approved the creation of 22 new posts at the state level to strengthen the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF), which was constituted under the Home Department in 2022.
4. Amendment in the Definition of ‘Habitual Offender’
An amendment has been made to the Prison Act regarding the definition of habitual offenders—those who repeatedly commit crimes. The state has adopted the definition prescribed by the Central Government.
5. Minimum Wages for Daily Wage Workers in Forest Department
Out of 893 daily wage workers in the Forest Department, 314 were already receiving minimum wages. The Cabinet has now approved a monthly minimum wage of ₹18,000 for the remaining 579 workers as well.
6. Continuation of Micro Food Processing Scheme
Under the Agriculture Department, the Prime Minister’s Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme is applicable until 2025-26. The Cabinet has decided that the Chief Minister’s Micro Food Processing Scheme being implemented in the state will also continue.
These Cabinet decisions are being seen as significant steps toward administrative strengthening, protection of employee interests, and efforts to combat drug abuse.
