एंटी करप्शन एंड क्राइम प्रिवेंशन (ACCP) संगठन ने पांवटा साहिब के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार और दून प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष मुकेश रमोल को संगठन का जिला अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया है। इस नियुक्ति से क्षेत्र में भ्रष्टाचार और अपराध के खिलाफ चल रही मुहिम को नई मजबूती मिलने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है। जिला अध्यक्ष बनाए जाने पर मुकेश रमोल ने कहा कि उन्हें जो दायित्व सौंपा गया है, उसे वे पूरी ईमानदारी और निष्ठा से निभाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि पत्रकारिता के माध्यम से वे पहले भी लगातार भ्रष्टाचार को उजागर करते आए हैं और अब ACCP से जुड़कर उन्हें भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध संगठित रूप से काम करने का अवसर मिला है।मुकेश रमोल ने स्पष्ट किया कि वे संगठन के माध्यम से भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जन-जागरूकता, अपराध नियंत्रण और समाज में पारदर्शिता लाने से जुड़े अभियानों को आगे बढ़ाने में हमेशा तत्पर रहेंगे। गौरतलब है कि एंटी करप्शन एंड क्राइम प्रिवेंशन (ACCP) संगठन लंबे समय से भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज बुलंद करने और आम जनता को जागरूक करने का कार्य करता आ रहा है। संगठन की इस मुहिम में अब पांवटा साहिब से मुकेश रमोल की सक्रिय भूमिका अहम मानी जा रही है।
