शिक्षा और कौशल विकास के क्षेत्र में नवाचार (Innovation) और उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने के लिए द प्लेनेट स्किल डेवलपमेंट मिशन (TPSDM) को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एक भव्य समारोह में ‘एजुकेशन/एडटेक स्टार्टअप ऑफ द ईयर – एंटरप्रेन्योर स्टार्टअप अवॉर्ड 2026’ से नवाजा गया है। प्रगति मैदान स्थित भारत मंडपम में आयोजित इस गरिमामय कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता MeitY स्टार्टअप हब (MSH) के सीईओ डॉ. पन्नीरसेल्वम (पीएस) मदनगोपल ने की। कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन एंटरप्रेन्योर मीडिया इंडिया एवं एपीएसी के एडिटोरियल डायरेक्टर सचिन मार्या द्वारा किया गया। द प्लेनेट एजुकेशन सोसाइटी द्वारा संचालित TPSDM को यह सम्मान विशेष रूप से हिमाचल प्रदेश और देश के अन्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में एडटेक आधारित प्रशिक्षण प्रणाली विकसित करने और युवाओं में उद्यमशीलता (Entrepreneurship) को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दिया गया है।

मिशन ने न केवल आधुनिक कौशल प्रदान किया, बल्कि युवाओं को रोजगार और स्वरोजगार की दिशा में ठोस मंच भी उपलब्ध कराया है। कार्यक्रम के दौरान एक विशेष सत्र “35 अंडर 35: ब्रांड्स टू मूवमेंट्स – भारत में संस्कृति आधारित व्यवसायों का निर्माण” का आयोजन भी हुआ। इसमें भारत के उभरते हुए युवा स्टार्टअप लीडर्स ने भाग लिया और इस बात पर चर्चा की कि कैसे पारंपरिक जड़ों से जुड़कर आधुनिक व्यवसाय खड़े किए जा सकते हैं। इस उपलब्धि पर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए TPSDM के संस्थापक एवं अध्यक्ष डॉ. अनिल कुमार शर्मा ने कहा कि “यह सम्मान हमारे उस विजन की जीत है जो हम शिक्षा, नवाचार और उद्यमिता के माध्यम से देख रहे हैं। यह पुरस्कार हमें हिमाचल और अन्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के युवाओं के लिए एक मजबूत स्किल इकोसिस्टम तैयार करने की दिशा में और अधिक मेहनत करने की प्रेरणा देगा। डॉ. अनिल ने बताया कि द प्लेनेट स्किल डेवलपमेंट मिशन आने वाले समय में अपने एडटेक कार्यक्रमों का विस्तार करने और नई तकनीकों के माध्यम से कौशल विकास को हर गांव-कस्बे तक पहुँचाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

The Planet Skill Development Mission (TPSDM) has been honored with the ‘Education/EdTech Startup of the Year – Entrepreneur Startup Award 2026’ for its innovation and excellence in the field of education and skill development. The award was presented at a grand ceremony held in New Delhi. The prestigious event, held at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan, was presided over by Dr. Panneerselvam (PS) Madangopal, CEO of MeitY Startup Hub (MSH). The program was successfully conducted by Sachin Marya, Editorial Director of Entrepreneur Media India & APAC. TPSDM, an initiative of The Planet Education Society, received this recognition specifically for developing an EdTech-based training system and promoting entrepreneurship among youth in Himachal Pradesh and other rural areas of the country.

The mission has not only provided modern skills but has also offered young people a solid platform for employment and self-employment. A special session, “35 Under 35: Brands to Movements – Building Culture-Based Businesses in India,” was also held during the program. Emerging young startup leaders from India participated in this session and discussed how modern businesses can be built by connecting with traditional roots. Expressing his delight at this achievement, Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma, Founder and Chairman of TPSDM, said, “This recognition is a testament to our vision of empowering youth through education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This award will inspire us to work even harder towards creating a robust skill ecosystem for the youth of Himachal Pradesh and other rural areas.” Dr. Anil further stated that The Planet Skill Development Mission is committed to expanding its EdTech programs in the future and taking skill development to every village and town through new technologies.
