पांवटा साहिब क्षेत्र के ग्राम पातलियों स्थित प्राचीन एवं ऐतिहासिक श्री पातालेश्वर महादेव मंदिर में प्रत्येक वर्ष की भांति इस वर्ष भी महाशिवरात्रि का विशाल मेला भव्य एवं श्रद्धापूर्ण वातावरण में आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह आयोजन 15 फरवरी 2026, रविवार को पूरे धूमधाम के साथ मनाया जाएगा।महाशिवरात्रि मेले के सफल आयोजन को लेकर मंदिर समिति की एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की, जिसमें मेले से संबंधित विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। बैठक में आयोजन को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने के लिए अलग-अलग कमेटियों का गठन किया गया तथा सभी समिति सदस्यों को उनकी जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गईं। बैठक की अध्यक्षता मंदिर अध्यक्ष दाताराम चौहान ने की। मंदिर समिति के जनरल सेक्रेटरी लक्ष्मी चंद्र अत्री ने बैठक की समस्त कार्यवाही को रजिस्टर में दर्ज कर रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन किया।

मेले के दौरान मंदिर कार्यालय में खोया-पाया विभाग एवं शिव भक्तों के लिए आवश्यक सूचनाओं के उद्घोष (अनाउंसमेंट) की जिम्मेदारी प्रचार मंत्री धर्मवीर सिंह राठौड़, प्रचार मंत्री विनय गोयल तथा मंदिर सचिव गुरु चरण चौधरी को सौंपी गई। इसके अतिरिक्त, महाशिवरात्रि के उपलक्ष्य में 16 फरवरी 2026, सोमवार को दोपहर 12:00 बजे विशाल भंडारे का आयोजन किया जाएगा। बैठक में बड़ी संख्या में मंदिर समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित रहे, जिनमें बहादुर सिंह, मोहन सिंह सहोता, सुभाष जंग, हिमांशु राठौर, पुनीत कुमार, अमित राठौर, पवित्र सिंह, बलजीत सिंह, विजय गोयल, राजकुमार मास्टर, गोपीचंद, जितेंद्र कुमार, ललित अजवानी (पशु चिकित्सक), वेद प्रकाश, गुरु कीर्ति आर्ट, दीपक कुमार, धर्मवीर सिंह राठौड़ सहित अन्य सदस्य शामिल रहे।

As in previous years, the grand Mahashivratri fair will be held this year as well at the ancient and historical Shri Pataleshwar Mahadev Temple in Pataliyon village of Paonta Sahib area. This event will be celebrated with great pomp and devotion on Sunday, February 15, 2026. A special meeting of the temple committee was held to ensure the successful organization of the Mahashivratri fair. Various arrangements related to the fair were discussed in detail during the meeting. Different committees were formed to ensure the smooth conduct of the event, and all committee members were assigned their respective responsibilities. The meeting was presided over by the temple president, Dataram Chauhan. The temple committee’s General Secretary, Lakshmi Chand Attri, recorded all the proceedings of the meeting in the register and maintained the records.

During the fair, the responsibility for the lost and found department at the temple office and for making announcements of important information for devotees was entrusted to Publicity Minister Dharamveer Singh Rathore, Publicity Minister Vinay Goyal, and Temple Secretary Guru Charan Chaudhary. Additionally, a grand community feast (Bhandara) will be organized on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM, on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. A large number of temple committee members were present at the meeting, including Bahadur Singh, Mohan Singh Sahota, Subhash Jang, Himanshu Rathore, Puneet Kumar, Amit Rathore, Pavitra Singh, Baljeet Singh, Vijay Goyal, Rajkumar Master, Gopichand, Jitendra Kumar, Lalit Ajwani (Veterinarian), Ved Prakash, Guru Kirti Art, Deepak Kumar, and Dharamveer Singh Rathore, among others.
