सिरमौर पुलिस की एसआईयू टीम द्वारा सतौन में 4.18 ग्राम चिट्टा/स्मैक के साथ तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। नाहन में पुलिस थाना पुरुवाला पांवटा साहिब के अंतर्गत एक व्यक्ति को चिट्टा/स्मैक के साथ पकड़ा गया है। पुलिस से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार एसआईयू टीम ने गश्त के दौरान मुखबिर की सूचना पर सतौन में आरोपी दिनेश कुमार पुत्र खजान सिंह निवासी गांव व डाकघर सतौन, तहसील कमरऊ, जिला सिरमौर, हिमाचल प्रदेश की गाड़ी नंबर HP17J-0667 की तलाशी ली। तलाशी के दौरान एक कैरी बैग में जिप्पर लगे हुए पाऊच में चूर्ण व डली के रूप में कुल 4.18 ग्राम चिट्टा/स्मैक बरामद हुआ। इस संबंध में पुलिस थाना पुरुवाला में धारा 21, 25 ND&PS ACT के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है और पुलिस द्वारा आगामी जांच की जा रही है।

The Sirmaur Police’s Special Investigation Unit (SIU) team has arrested a drug trafficker in Satoun with 4.18 grams of heroin/smack. In Nahan, a person was apprehended with heroin/smack under the jurisdiction of Puruwala Police Station, Paonta Sahib. According to information received from the police, the SIU team, acting on a tip-off during a patrol in Satoun, searched the vehicle (registration number HP17J-0667) of the accused, Dinesh Kumar, son of Khazan Singh, resident of village and post office Satoun, Tehsil Kamrau, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. During the search, a total of 4.18 grams of heroin/smack, in powder and lump form, was recovered from a zippered pouch inside a carry bag. A case has been registered at Puruwala Police Station under Sections 21 and 25 of the NDPS Act, and further investigation is underway.
