हिमाचल प्रदेश संस्कृत अकादमी द्वारा आयोजित जिला स्तरीय संस्कृत प्रतियोगिता में राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय भगानी के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए विद्यालय का नाम गौरवान्वित किया। मंत्र उच्चारण प्रतियोगिता में कक्षा 7 की छात्रा तेजस्वी ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त कर अपनी प्रतिभा का शानदार परिचय दिया। इसी प्रकार श्लोक उच्चारण प्रतियोगिता में कक्षा 9 की छात्रा अवनीत कौर ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त कर विद्यालय को गौरव प्रदान किया। वहीं भाषण प्रतियोगिता में कक्षा 9 की छात्रा समृति ने द्वितीय स्थान हासिल कर विद्यालय का नाम रोशन किया। इस उपलब्धि के उपलक्ष्य में विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य राजीव शर्मा ने सफल विद्यार्थियों को नगद प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया तथा जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में उनके उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को भविष्य में भी इसी प्रकार परिश्रम और लगन से आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया। विद्यालय के शास्त्री अध्यापक अश्वनी कुमार ने मन्त्रोच्चारण में प्रथम छात्रा को वेद व्यास चक्र, श्लोकोच्चारण में प्रथम छात्रा को महर्षि वाल्मीकि चक्र तथा भाषण प्रतियोगिता में द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाली छात्रा को विवेकानंद चक्र से सम्मानित करने की नई शुरुआत की।इस अवसर पर विद्यालय का मस्त स्टाफ उपस्थित रहा। सभी शिक्षकों ने विद्यार्थियों की इस सफलता पर हर्ष व्यक्त किया।

Students of Government Senior Secondary School, Bhagani, brought laurels to their school by excelling in the district-level Sanskrit competition organized by the Himachal Pradesh Sanskrit Academy. Tejasvi, a student of class 7, secured the first position in the mantra recitation competition, showcasing her remarkable talent. Similarly, Avneet Kaur, a student of class 9, also secured the first position in the shloka recitation competition, bringing pride to the school. In the speech competition, Samriti, another student of class 9, secured the second position, further enhancing the school’s reputation. To commemorate this achievement, the school principal, Rajiv Sharma, felicitated the successful students with cash prizes and highly praised their outstanding performance in the district-level competition. He encouraged the students to continue working hard and diligently in the future. The school’s Sanskrit teacher, Ashwani Kumar, initiated a new tradition by awarding the Ved Vyas Chakra to the student who secured first place in mantra recitation, the Maharishi Valmiki Chakra to the student who secured first place in shloka recitation, and the Vivekananda Chakra to the student who secured second place in the speech competition. The entire school staff was present on this occasion, and all the teachers expressed their joy at the students’ success.
