जिला सिरमौर में नशे के अवैध कारोबार के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत जिला सिरमौर पुलिस को एक और महत्वपूर्ण सफलता हाथ लगी है। पुलिस थाना कालाआम्ब की टीम ने दो व्यक्तियों को अवैध मादक पदार्थ हैरोइन/चिट्टा के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के कब्जे से कुल 7.06 ग्राम हैरोइन/चिट्टा बरामद की है। गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपियों की पहचान विकास उर्फ विक्की पुत्र भीम सिंह, निवासी मकान नंबर 660, वार्ड नंबर 4, मॉडल टाउन भूना, थाना व तहसील भूना, जिला फतेहाबाद, हरियाणा तथा शुभम उर्फ शुभी पुत्र सतीश कुमार, निवासी दुर्गा कॉलोनी कालाआम्ब, डॉ. हमीदपुर, तहसील व थाना नारायणगढ़, जिला अंबाला, हरियाणा के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस के अनुसार दोनों आरोपी नशीले पदार्थ की तस्करी से जुड़े हुए पाए गए हैं। इस संबंध में पुलिस थाना कालाअंब में आरोपियों के विरुद्ध एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।एसपी सिरमौर निश्चित सिंह नेगी ने मामले की पुस्टि करते हुए बताया कि आरोपियों को माननीय अदालत में पेश कर पुलिस हिरासत रिमांड प्राप्त किया जा रहा है, ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि नशे के इस अवैध धंधे में इनके साथ और कौन-कौन लोग शामिल हैं तथा मादक पदार्थ की सप्लाई चेन कहां से संचालित हो रही है। जिला सिरमौर पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया है कि नशे के खिलाफ अभियान आगे भी पूरी सख्ती के साथ जारी रहेगा और युवाओं को नशे से बचाने के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

Sirmaur Police District in Major Action: Two Drug Smugglers Arrested from Kala Amb

In the ongoing campaign against illegal drug trafficking in Sirmaur District, the Sirmaur Police have achieved another significant success. A team from Kala Amb Police Station has arrested two individuals with the illegal drug heroin/chitta. Police recovered a total of 7.06 grams of heroin/chitta from the accused. The arrested accused have been identified as Vikas alias Vicky, son of Bhim Singh, resident of House No. 660, Ward No. 4, Model Town Bhuna, Police Station and Tehsil Bhuna, District Fatehabad, Haryana, and Shubham alias Shubhi, son of Satish Kumar, resident of Durga Colony Kala Amb, Dr. Hamidpur, Tehsil and Police Station Narayangarh, District Ambala, Haryana. According to the police, both accused have been found to be involved in drug trafficking. In this regard, a case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act at Kala Amb police station. Confirming the matter, SP Sirmaur Nishchay Singh Negi said that the accused are being produced before the honourable court and police custody remand is being obtained so that it can be ascertained who else is involved with them in this illegal drug trade and from where the supply chain of the drug is being operated. District Sirmaur police has clarified that the campaign against drugs will continue with full strictness and every possible step will be taken to save the youth from drugs.
