जिला सिरमौर के बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए रोजगार का एक बड़ा अवसर सामने आया है। जिला रोजगार अधिकारी देविंदर कुमार, नाहन ने जानकारी दी है कि प्रसिद्ध औद्योगिक समूह वर्धमान टेक्सटाइल लिमिटेड की बद्दी स्थित इकाई मैसर्स औरो स्पिनिंग मिल्स द्वारा हेल्पर (मशीन ऑपरेटर) के 200 पदों को भरने के लिए कैंपस इंटरव्यू आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। यह भर्ती प्रक्रिया उप-रोजगार कार्यालय सरांह में आयोजित की जाएगी, जिससे स्थानीय युवाओं को अपने क्षेत्र में ही रोजगार का अवसर मिलेगा। इन पदों के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 5वीं से 12वीं पास निर्धारित की गई है, जिससे कम पढ़े-लिखे युवाओं को भी उद्योग क्षेत्र में करियर शुरू करने का मौका मिलेगा। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को ₹12,750 प्रतिमाह वेतन के साथ-साथ सभी वैधानिक लाभ (Statutory Benefits) प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
