नाहन बस स्टैंड में आज सुबह उस समय अफरातफरी का माहौल बन गया जब बसों की टाइमिंग को लेकर एक निजी बस और एचआरटीसी (HRTC) की बस के कर्मचारियों के बीच विवाद हो गया। विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि कुछ देर के लिए बस स्टैंड का मुख्य गेट भी बंद कर दिया गया, जिससे यात्रियों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। जानकारी के अनुसार टाइमिंग को लेकर सरकारी बस के चालक ने अपनी बस निजी बस के आगे खड़ी कर दी, जिसके बाद दोनों पक्षों में कहासुनी शुरू हो गई और मामला बढ़ गया।निजी बस के कंडक्टर का कहना है कि यह कोई पहली बार नहीं है, इससे पहले भी कई बार ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो चुकी है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि जानबूझकर उनकी बस को पीछे रोकने की कोशिश की जाती है। कंडक्टर ने बताया कि इससे पहले भी आरटीओ (RTO) के दखल के बाद मामला सुलझाया गया था, लेकिन समस्या दोबारा सामने आ रही है।
वहीं एचआरटीसी बस चालक का कहना है कि उनकी बस की टाइमिंग निजी बस से मात्र पांच मिनट बाद की है, बावजूद इसके निजी बस समय पर रवाना नहीं जाती है, जिससे नियमों का उल्लंघन होता है। इसी बीच HRTC आरएम (RM) राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि वह आज इस पूरे मामले को लेकर आरटीओ सिरमौर से मिले हैं। उन्होंने आरटीओ से संबंधित निजी बस की टाइमिंग में बदलाव करने या फिर उसे पूरी तरह बंद करने की भी मांग रखी है, ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की स्थिति दोबारा उत्पन्न न हो।घटना के दौरान बस स्टैंड पर मौजूद यात्रियों को काफी देर तक परेशान होना पड़ा। सूचना मिलने के बाद बस स्टैंड प्रबंधन और संबंधित अधिकारियों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया, जिसके बाद बसों का संचालन सामान्य रूप से शुरू हो पाया। फिलहाल मामला शांत है, लेकिन लगातार हो रहे ऐसे विवादों से यात्रियों की सुविधा और सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। यात्रियों और स्थानीय लोगों ने परिवहन विभाग से बसों की टाइमिंग को लेकर स्थायी समाधान निकालने की मांग की है।

A chaotic situation arose at the Nahan bus stand this morning when a dispute broke out between the staff of a private bus and an HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) bus over bus timings. The argument escalated to such an extent that the main gate of the bus stand was closed for some time, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers. According to reports, the driver of the government bus parked his bus in front of the private bus over a dispute regarding timings, leading to a heated argument between the two sides. The conductor of the private bus stated that this is not the first time such an incident has occurred, and that similar situations have arisen several times before. He alleged that deliberate attempts are made to delay their bus. The conductor also mentioned that the matter had been resolved previously with the intervention of the RTO (Regional Transport Office), but the problem has resurfaced.
The HRTC bus driver stated that his bus’s scheduled departure time is only five minutes after the private bus, yet the private bus does not depart on time, which constitutes a violation of the rules. Meanwhile, HRTC Regional Manager Rakesh Kumar said that he met with the RTO (Regional Transport Officer) of Sirmaur today regarding this entire matter. He demanded that the RTO either change the timing of the private bus or suspend its service altogether to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Passengers at the bus stand were inconvenienced for a considerable time during the incident. After receiving information, the bus stand management and concerned officials arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control, after which bus services resumed normally. The situation is currently calm, but these recurring disputes are raising concerns about passenger convenience and safety. Passengers and local residents have demanded that the transport department find a permanent solution regarding bus timings.
