पांवटा साहिब उपमंडल के जामनीवाला स्कूल के वोकेशनल विषय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए आयोजित तीन दिवसीय ऑन द जॉब ट्रेनिंग कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हो गया। यह प्रशिक्षण HITE सेंटर, छोटा चौक नाहन में आयोजित किया गया, जहां विद्यार्थियों को एमएस ऑफिस, एचटीएमएल, वेबसाइट डिजाइनिंग सहित विभिन्न सॉफ्टवेयर की प्रैक्टिकल जानकारी दी गई। स्कूल की अध्यापिका इक़बाल कौर ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को रोजगारोन्मुखी कौशल से जोड़ना है।

ट्रेनिंग के दौरान बच्चों को कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर व सॉफ्टवेयर से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां भी दी गईं, ताकि वे तकनीकी रूप से अधिक सक्षम बन सकें। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रशिक्षण के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को केवल थ्योरी तक सीमित न रखते हुए प्रैक्टिकल तरीके से सॉफ्टवेयर की बारीकियां समझाई गईं, जिससे उन्हें भविष्य में रोजगार व स्वरोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिल सकें। ट्रेनिंग के समापन पर विद्यार्थियों ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम से उन्हें कंप्यूटर और सॉफ्टवेयर की बेहतर समझ मिली है, जो उनके करियर निर्माण में सहायक सिद्ध होगी।

The three-day on-the-job training program organized for the students of vocational subjects of Jamniwala School of Paonta Sahib sub-division was successfully completed. This training was held at HITE Center, Chota Chowk Nahan, where students were given practical information on various software including MS Office, HTML, website designing. The teacher of the school, Iqbal Kaur, gave information and told that the main purpose of this training is to connect the students with employment-oriented skills.

During the training, the children were also given important information related to computer hardware and software, so that they could become more technically competent. He explained that during the training, the specifics of the software were understood in a practical way, not limiting the students to theory only, so that they could get better opportunities for employment and self-employment in the future. At the end of the training, the students shared their experience and said that this program has given them a better understanding of computers and software, which will prove helpful in building their careers.
