बद्दी पुलिस ने आम जनता की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए एक सराहनीय कार्यवाही को अंजाम दिया है। पुलिस ने भारत सरकार के CEIR (Central Equipment Identity Register) पोर्टल की मदद से करीब ₹50,000 मूल्य का गुम हुआ मोबाइल फोन सफलतापूर्वक बरामद कर उसके असली मालिक को सुपुर्द किया। जानकारी के अनुसार, शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा मोबाइल गुमशुदगी की सूचना दिए जाने के बाद पुलिस ने CEIR पोर्टल पर मोबाइल का विवरण दर्ज किया। तकनीकी निगरानी के माध्यम से मोबाइल को ट्रैक कर बरामद किया गया।CEIR पोर्टल भारत सरकार की एक महत्वपूर्ण डिजिटल व्यवस्था है, जिसके माध्यम से खोए या चोरी हुए मोबाइल फोन को ब्लॉक किया जा सकता है।

मोबाइल मिलने की स्थिति में नागरिक स्वयं पोर्टल के जरिए उसे अनब्लॉक भी कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा पुलिस के माध्यम से भी मोबाइल ब्लॉक कराने की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। बद्दी पुलिस ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि उनका मोबाइल फोन कहीं गुम या चोरी हो जाए तो तुरंत नजदीकी पुलिस थाना में सूचना दें या CEIR पोर्टल का उपयोग करें, ताकि समय रहते आवश्यक कार्रवाई कर मोबाइल की बरामदगी सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

Using the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal of the Government of India, the police successfully recovered a lost mobile phone worth approximately ₹50,000 and handed it over to its rightful owner. According to the information, after the complainant reported the loss of the mobile phone, the police registered the details of the phone on the CEIR portal. The mobile phone was then tracked and recovered through technical surveillance. The CEIR portal is an important digital system of the Government of India, which can be used to block lost or stolen mobile phones.

If the mobile phone is found, citizens can unblock it themselves through the portal. Alternatively, they can also have it blocked through the police. Baddi Police have appealed to the public that if their mobile phone is lost or stolen, they should immediately report it to the nearest police station or use the CEIR portal so that necessary action can be taken promptly to ensure the recovery of the mobile phone.
