कन्या वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय पांवटा साहिब में प्रधानाचार्य एम. आर. वर्मा के निर्देशानुसार सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर एक जागरूकता कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यशाला रोड सेफ्टी क्लब की प्रभारी राजुल ठाकुर के नेतृत्व में संपन्न हुई। कार्यशाला के दौरान रोड सेफ्टी क्लब की सदस्याओं द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को सड़क सुरक्षा की शपथ दिलाई गई। इस अवसर पर उपप्रधानाचार्य पूनम खंतवाल ने छात्राओं को सड़क पर चलने के नियमों की जानकारी दी तथा दोपहिया वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट के अनिवार्य प्रयोग पर विशेष जोर दिया। रोड सेफ्टी क्लब प्रभारी राजुल ठाकुर ने बताया कि क्लब द्वारा वर्षभर छात्रों को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से नुक्कड़ नाटक, रैली, चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता, भाषण प्रतियोगिता सहित विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जाता है। कार्यक्रम में प्रधानाचार्य एम. आर. वर्मा, उपप्रधानाचार्य पूनम खंतवाल, रोड सेफ्टी क्लब प्रभारी राजुल ठाकुर, एसएमसी प्रधान जयपाल ठाकुर सहित शिक्षकगण व स्टाफ सदस्य किरण चौधरी, रचना गुलेरिया, अर्चना शर्मा, शांति वर्मा, सुनीता गोयल, सारिका चंदेल, अनीता ठाकुर, मनीषा, रीता चौधरी, बिना ठाकुर आदि उपस्थित रहे।

The workshop was conducted under the leadership of Road Safety Club in-charge Rajul Thakur. During the workshop, Road Safety Club members administered a road safety pledge to the students. On this occasion, Vice Principal Poonam Khantwal informed the students about road safety rules and emphasized the mandatory use of helmets while driving two-wheelers. Road Safety Club in-charge Rajul Thakur stated that the club organizes various activities throughout the year to raise awareness among students, including street plays, rallies, painting competitions, and speech competitions.
