स्कूल शिक्षा उपनिदेशक ने शिक्षा खंड नारग के अंतर्गत राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय बोंगली खेच का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण में बच्चों के सामान्य ज्ञान को संतोषजनक पाया गया जबकि बच्चों के अंग्रेजी भाषा विषय ज्ञान में कमी पाई गई और अध्यापकों को कमी को पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए। गणित विषय में रही कमियों को पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए। अध्यापकों को बच्चों के लक्ष्य को निर्धारित करने और उसे प्राप्त करने के प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए गए। विद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय आविष्कार अभियान तंबाकू रहित क्षेत्र, नशामुक्त भारत अभियान, सड़क सुरक्षा स्कूल वेलनेस अभियान को संतोषजनक पाया। विद्यालय प्रशासन को मिड डे मिल के अवशिष्ट को परिसर के बाहर व्यवस्थित ढंग से रखने के निर्देश दिए गए ताकि आवारा कुत्तों के परिसर में प्रवेश को रोका जा सकें। विद्यालय में कलस्टर प्रणाली को ठीक पाया।

प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा अध्यापकों की प्रतिनियुक्तियों को विवेकपूर्ण ढंग से किया जा रहा है। डॉ हिमेंद्र बाली ने विद्यालय के पीछे सुरक्षा दीवार लगाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि विद्यालय परिसर में बरसात में संभावित नुकसान से बचा जा सके। विद्यालय में टीजीटी नॉन मेडिकल, मेडिकल के पद 2023 से रिक्त पड़े हैं। विद्यालय में वरिष्ठ सहायक का पद भी रिक्त पड़ा है। निरीक्षण की कड़ी में उपनिदेशक ने राजगढ़ शिक्षा खंड के अंतर्गत राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय भरोग का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण में विद्यार्थियों को अंग्रेजी में कमजोर पाया गया और अध्यापकों के विषय के गहन अध्यापन का निर्देश दिया। बच्चों के गणित में सुधार लाने के लिए अध्यापकों को निर्देश दिए गए। उपनिदेशक ने बैग फ्री डे पर रीडिंग व लेखन प्रतियोगिता के अतिरिक्त करियर काउंसलिंग व अंतर सदनीय प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक कार्यक्रमों को आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए।

The Deputy Director of School Education inspected Government Senior Secondary School Bongli Khech under the Narg Education Block. During the inspection, the students’ general knowledge was found to be satisfactory, but deficiencies were observed in their English language skills. The teachers were instructed to address these shortcomings. Instructions were also given to improve the students’ performance in mathematics. The teachers were directed to set goals for the students and strive to help them achieve those goals. The school’s implementation of the National Innovation Campaign, Tobacco-Free Zone initiative, Drug-Free India campaign, Road Safety program, and School Wellness program was found to be satisfactory. The school administration was instructed to dispose of the midday meal waste properly outside the school premises to prevent stray dogs from entering the campus. The cluster system implemented at the school was found to be functioning correctly.

The principal is making judicious decisions regarding teacher assignments. Dr. Himendra Bali instructed that a retaining wall be constructed behind the school to prevent potential damage to the school premises during the rainy season. The TGT Non-Medical and Medical positions have been vacant at the school since 2023. The Senior Assistant position is also vacant. As part of the inspection, the Deputy Director also inspected Government Senior Secondary School Bharog under the Rajgarh education block. During the inspection, students were found to be weak in English, and teachers were instructed to provide in-depth subject teaching. Teachers were also instructed to improve students’ performance in mathematics. The Deputy Director instructed that, in addition to reading and writing competitions on Bag-Free Day, career counseling and inter-house competitive programs should also be organized.
