उत्तराखंड से हिमाचल प्रदेश के ऐतिहासिक देवप्रवास पर निकले छत्रधारी श्री चालदा महासू महाराज सोमवार को ब्रह्ममुहूर्त में पशमी मंदिर में विधिवत रूप से विराजमान हो गए। महाराज के हिमाचल आगमन के साक्षी बनने के लिए लगभग 60 हजार से अधिक श्रद्धालु पशमी पहुंचे। मंदिर परिसर में दर्शन के लिए श्रद्धालुओं की लंबी कतारें लगी हुई हैं, जबकि उत्तराखंड व हिमाचल से लगातार श्रद्धालुओं का आगमन जारी है। उत्तराखंड और हिमाचल प्रदेश में लाखों लोगों के आराध्य देव छत्रधारी श्री चालदा महासू महाराज सदियों के इंतजार के बाद पशमी मंदिर में विराजमान हुए हैं। समृद्ध देव इतिहास के लगभग साढ़े पांच हजार वर्षों में, महाभारत कालीन ऐतिहासिक कालखंड के बाद पहली बार महाराज का हिमाचल प्रदेश के सिरमौर जिले में प्रवास हुआ है। इस ऐतिहासिक देवप्रस्थान और देवप्रवास के साक्षी बनने का सौभाग्य हजारों श्रद्धालुओं को मिला।

छत्रधारी श्री चालदा महासू महाराज ने उत्तराखंड के दसऊ मंदिर से हिमाचल के पशमी गांव के लिए पदयात्रा आरंभ की थी। लगभग 71 किलोमीटर की यह पवित्र पदयात्रा सात दिनों में पूर्ण हुई, जिसमें छह स्थानों पर महाराज के पड़ाव रहे। प्रत्येक पड़ाव और गांव में श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ उमड़ी और भक्तों ने श्रद्धा भाव से देवदर्शन किए।महाराज के पशमी आगमन को लेकर गांव में पिछले करीब पांच वर्षों से व्यापक तैयारियां की जा रही थीं। देवप्रवास के लिए यहां पहाड़ी शैली में भव्य मंदिर का निर्माण किया गया है, जिसमें छत्रधारी श्री चालदा महासू महाराज आगामी लगभग एक वर्ष तक प्रवास करेंगे। पशमी मंदिर में इन दिनों आस्था, परंपरा और श्रद्धा का अनोखा संगम देखने को मिल रहा है।

Shri Chalda Mahasu Maharaj, the deity carrying the royal umbrella, who embarked on a historic journey from Uttarakhand to Himachal Pradesh, was formally installed in the Pashmi temple on Monday during the auspicious Brahma Muhurta (pre-dawn hours). More than 60,000 devotees gathered in Pashmi to witness the Maharaj’s arrival in Himachal Pradesh. Long queues of devotees have formed outside the temple for darshan (viewing of the deity), and the influx of devotees from Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh continues unabated. Shri Chalda Mahasu Maharaj, the revered deity of millions of people in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, has been installed in the Pashmi temple after centuries of anticipation. In the rich history of this deity, spanning approximately 5,500 years, this is the first time since the historical period of the Mahabharata that the Maharaj has traveled to Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Thousands of devotees were fortunate enough to witness this historic journey and the deity’s arrival.

Shri Chalda Mahasu Maharaj, carrying his ceremonial umbrella, began his pilgrimage from the Dasau temple in Uttarakhand to Pashmi village in Himachal Pradesh. This sacred journey, spanning approximately 71 kilometers, was completed in seven days, with the Maharaj making stops at six locations along the way. Large crowds of devotees gathered at each stop and in every village, offering their prayers and seeking blessings. Extensive preparations had been underway in Pashmi village for the Maharaj’s arrival for the past five years. A magnificent temple in the traditional hill style has been constructed there for his stay, where Shri Chalda Mahasu Maharaj will reside for approximately one year. The Pashmi temple is currently witnessing a unique confluence of faith, tradition, and devotion.
