पीएम श्री छात्र राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय पांवटा साहिब में ‘एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत’ कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत भाषा मेले का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम 5 दिसंबर से 12 दिसंबर तक चला, जिसमें विद्यार्थियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम के तहत पेंटिंग, स्लोगन राइटिंग और भाषण प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया। अंतिम दिन विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न भारतीय भाषाओं में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दीं। इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने नाटी और भांगड़ा जैसी लोक नृत्य प्रस्तुतियों से समां बांध दिया। फैजान और उनके साथियों ने एक ही वाक्य को विभिन्न भाषाओं में बोलकर भाषाई विविधता का सुंदर प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम का मंच संचालन इतिहास प्रवक्ता निर्मला भार्गव द्वारा किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की नोडल अधिकारी एवं अंग्रेज़ी प्रवक्ता सुमति शर्मा ने बताया कि विद्यार्थियों ने पूरे उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया और यह कार्यक्रम अनेकता में एकता का जीवंत उदाहरण रहा। कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में अध्यापिकाएं जसकीरत कौर, वनिता चौहान और नाजिया ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य डॉ. प्रेमपाल ठाकुर ने विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हमें प्रत्येक भाषा का सम्मान करना चाहिए और उसकी गरिमा को समझना चाहिए। ऐसे कार्यक्रम विद्यार्थियों में राष्ट्रीय एकता और सांस्कृतिक समझ को मजबूत करते हैं। कार्यक्रम में एसएमसी अध्यक्ष विनीता कपूर, संतोष तोमर, गीतांजलि, निर्मल सिंह, खजान सिंह, मनमोहन सिंह, धर्म सिंह सहित अन्य अध्यापक गण और सभी विद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे।

A language fair was organized at PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School, Paonta Sahib, under the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ (One India, Great India) program. The program ran from December 5th to December 12th, with enthusiastic participation from the students. Painting, slogan writing, and speech competitions were held as part of the event. On the final day, students presented cultural performances in various Indian languages. During this time, the students captivated the audience with folk dance performances such as Nati and Bhangra. Faizaan and his classmates beautifully demonstrated linguistic diversity by speaking the same sentence in different languages. The program was compered by History lecturer Nirmala Bhargav.

The program’s nodal officer and English lecturer, Sumati Sharma, said that the students participated with great enthusiasm and that the event was a vibrant example of unity in diversity. Teachers Jaskirat Kaur, Vanita Chauhan, and Nazia played a significant role in the successful organization of the program. The school principal, Dr. Prempal Thakur, addressed the students, saying that we should respect every language and understand its importance. Such programs strengthen national unity and cultural understanding among students. SMC Chairperson Vinita Kapoor, along with Santosh Tomar, Geetanjali, Nirmal Singh, Khajan Singh, Manmohan Singh, Dharam Singh, other teachers, and all the students were present at the event.
