राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय बातामंडी और राजकीय प्रारंभिक विद्यालय बातामंडी का औचक निरीक्षण उप निदेशक विद्यालय (उच्च) जिला सिरमौर द्वारा किया गया। निरीक्षण टीम में उप निदेशक डॉ. हिमेंद्र बाली, अमित शर्मा और अजय भारद्वाज शामिल रहे। टीम ने विद्यालयों की शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था, परीक्षा परिणाम, विद्यार्थियों की व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता व विद्यालय परिसर की सफाई व्यवस्था को संतोषजनक पाया। इस दौरान डॉ. हिमेंद्र बाली ने विद्यालय में विकसित किचन गार्डन की सराहना की और मध्याह्न भोजन को सही, ताज़ा और पोषण मानकों के अनुरूप पाया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उप निदेशक ने निर्देश दिए कि हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित और विज्ञान विषयों में विद्यालय स्तर पर शिक्षण सुधार किए जाएँ। छात्रवृत्ति सत्यापन समिति का शीघ्र गठन किया जाए। एसएमसी व क्लस्टर की नियमित बैठकों को सुनिश्चित किया जाए। इसके अलावा, राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय बातामंडी में शिक्षकों द्वारा तैयार की गई शिक्षण-अधिगम सामग्री (TLM) की टीम ने विशेष सराहना की। विद्यालय परिसर को भी स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित पाया गया, जिसकी प्रशंसा निरीक्षण टीम द्वारा की गई।

A surprise inspection of Government Senior Secondary School Batamandi and Government Primary School Batamandi was conducted by the Deputy Director of Schools (Higher Education), Sirmaur district. The inspection team included Deputy Director Dr. Himendra Bali, Amit Sharma, and Ajay Bhardwaj. The team found the schools’ academic arrangements, examination results, students’ personal hygiene, and school premises’ cleanliness to be satisfactory. During the inspection, Dr. Himendra Bali appreciated the kitchen garden developed at the school and found the midday meal to be proper, fresh, and in accordance with nutritional standards.

During the inspection, the Deputy Director instructed that improvements be made to teaching methods in Hindi, English, Mathematics, and Science at the school level. He also directed that a scholarship verification committee be formed promptly and that regular meetings of the School Management Committee (SMC) and the cluster be ensured. Furthermore, the team specifically appreciated the teaching-learning materials (TLM) prepared by the teachers at Government Primary School Batamandi. The school premises were also found to be clean and well-maintained, which was commended by the inspection team.
