फ्रेंड्स फुटबॉल क्लब द्वारा बीबीजीत कौर स्कूल ग्राउंड में आयोजित प्रथम दो दिवसीय सेवन-साइड फुटबॉल टूर्नामेंट का रविवार को सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ। टूर्नामेंट में कुल 20 टीमों ने भाग लिया, जिनके बीच हुए रोमांचक मुकाबलों ने खिलाड़ियों और दर्शकों दोनों में खासा उत्साह भर दिया।फाइनल मुकाबला बजरंग फुटबॉल क्लब उत्तराखंड और एफएफसी फ्रेंड्स फुटबॉल क्लब पांवटा साहिब के बीच खेला गया। कड़े संघर्ष वाले इस रोमांचक मैच में बजरंग क्लब ने एफएफसी को 1-0 से हराकर टूर्नामेंट का खिताब अपने नाम किया।

विजेता टीम को 21 हजार जबकि उपविजेता एफएफसी को 11 हजार रुपये की पुरस्कार राशि प्रदान की गई।टूर्नामेंट का उद्घाटन मुख्यातिथि अवनीत लांबा ने किया, जबकि समापन समारोह में मुख्यातिथि सरदार त्रिलोचन सिंह ने विजेता टीमों को सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान 40 प्लस आयु वर्ग का एक विशेष मैत्री मैच भी आकर्षण का केंद्र रहा, जिसमें एफएफसी ने पीयूएफसी को 1-0 से हराकर जीत दर्ज की। इस मैच में अरिकेश जंग ने मुख्यातिथि के रूप में शिरकत की। पूरे टूर्नामेंट के दौरान खिलाड़ियों का जोश और दर्शकों का उत्साह देखने लायक रहा। फुटबॉल प्रेमियों ने मैदान में खेल के हर पल का भरपूर आनंद लिया।

The first two-day seven-a-side football tournament, organized by Friends Football Club at the BBjeet Kaur School Ground, concluded successfully on Sunday. A total of 20 teams participated in the tournament, and the exciting matches generated considerable enthusiasm among both players and spectators. The final match was played between Bajrang Football Club Uttarakhand and FFC Friends Football Club Paonta Sahib. In a closely contested and thrilling match, Bajrang Club defeated FFC 1-0 to claim the tournament title.

The winning team received a prize of Rs. 21,000, while the runner-up, FFC, received Rs. 11,000. The tournament was inaugurated by the chief guest, Avneet Lamba, while Sardar Trilochan Singh, the chief guest at the closing ceremony, presented the awards to the winning teams. A special friendly match for the 40+ age group was also a highlight of the event, in which FFC defeated PUFC 1-0. Arikhesh Jang was the chief guest for this match. The enthusiasm of the players and the excitement of the spectators throughout the tournament were remarkable. Football lovers thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the game on the field.
