खेलो इंडिया अस्मिता रगबी लीग पांवटा साहिब के द स्कॉलर होम में आयोजित हुई। इस प्रतियोगिता मे क्लोज़िंग सेरेमनी मे चीफ गेस्ट श्रीमति नसीमा बेगम डायरेक्टर हिमाचल प्रदेश सिविल सप्लाई ने विजेता खिलाड़ियों को ट्रॉफी मैडल व मेरिट सर्टिफिकेट देकर सम्मानित किया। इस प्रतियोगिता में अंडर- 15 अंडर -18 व सीनियर गर्ल्स वर्ग के महा मुकाबले हुए। डायरेक्टर महोदया ने खिलाड़ियों को बताया कि खेल खेलने से आप एक तो नशे से दूर रहेंगे दूसरा अपनी फिटनेस बना के रखेगे। साथ ही गर्लस आज हर क्षेत्र में आगे है स्पोर्ट्स को अपनी दिनचर्या बनाएं। इस प्रतियोगिता मे अंडर -15 सब जूनियर वर्ग मे के. बी क्लब कोटडी व्यास ने वेद व्यास क्लब को 15-5 से मात देकर विजेता का ख़िताब अपने नाम किया। अंडर -18 (जूनियर वर्ग) मे के.बी क्लब कोटडी व्यास विजेता व वेद व्यास क्लब उप विजेता रहा। सीनियर वर्ग मे यू के क्लब विजेता व नेक्टर एकेडमी पांवटा रनर अप रही है वही के बी क्लब कोटडी व्यास 3rd रहा।

विजेता टीमों खिलाड़ियों को ट्रॉफी, मेडल व मेरिट सर्टिफिकेट देकर डायरेक्टर महोदया ने सम्मानित किया। वही प्रेजिडेंट महोदय डॉ विकास सूद, सचिव श्री विशाल सरिन ने कहा कि यहां से सेलेट्ड खिलाडी नार्थ जोन में जाएंगे। उनके लिए पहले कब की व्यवस्था करवाई जाएगी। वही टेक्निकल कमेटी के सदस्य सुधीर व धर्मेंद्र चौधरी ने बताया हमें उम्मीद है कि ये टीमें उत्तरी भारत में भी अच्छा पर्दशन करेगी। वही हिमाचल प्रदेश मे रगबी का स्पोर्ट्स कोटा होने हेतु संगठन ने खेल विभाग व सरकार का भी धन्यवाद किया। वही चीफ गेस्ट ने इस सफल आयोजन की आयोजको को बधाई दी। वहीं इस उपलक्ष्य पर हिमाचल प्रदेश रगबी संगठन के प्रेजिडेंट डॉ विकास शूद व सचिव श्री विशाल शूद जी, पंकज प्रभाकर, व सिरमौर रगबी एसोसिएशन के सदस्य, इक़बाल कौर, नवप्रीत, शाँबाज, अजय शर्मा रिटायर प्रिंसिपल आयुष, धर्मेंद्र चौधरी, रूबी, शानू, श्री शाहीद मोहम्मद जी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित थे।

The Khelo India Asmita Rugby League was held at The Scholar Home in Paonta Sahib. At the closing ceremony of the competition, the chief guest, Mrs. Naseema Begum, Director of Himachal Pradesh Civil Supplies, honored the winning players with trophies, medals, and merit certificates. The competition featured matches in the Under-15, Under-18, and Senior Girls categories. The Director advised the players that participating in sports would keep them away from drugs and help them maintain their fitness. She also emphasized that girls are excelling in every field today and encouraged them to make sports a part of their daily routine. In the Under-15 (Sub-Junior) category, K.B. Club Kotdi Vyas defeated Ved Vyas Club 15-5 to claim the winner’s title. In the Under-18 (Junior) category, K.B. Club Kotdi Vyas was the winner and Ved Vyas Club was the runner-up. In the Senior category, U.K. Club was the winner, Nectar Academy Paonta was the runner-up, and K.B. Club Kotdi Vyas secured the third position.

The Director honored the winning teams and players with trophies, medals, and merit certificates. President Dr. Vikas Sood and Secretary Mr. Vishal Sarin stated that the selected players would proceed to the North Zone competition and that arrangements for their travel would be made. Technical Committee members Sudhir and Dharmendra Chaudhary expressed their hope that these teams would perform well in North India as well. The organization also thanked the Sports Department and the government of Himachal Pradesh for including rugby in the sports quota. The Chief Guest congratulated the organizers on the successful event. Present on this occasion were Dr. Vikas Sood, President of the Himachal Pradesh Rugby Association, Secretary Mr. Vishal Sarin, Pankaj Prabhakar, and members of the Sirmaur Rugby Association, including Iqbal Kaur, Navpreet, Shahbaz, Ajay Sharma, retired Principal Ayush, Dharmendra Chaudhary, Ruby, Shanu, and Mr. Shahid Mohammad.
