हिमाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में धान खरीद के लिए स्थापित मंडियों में सरकारी खरीद का कार्य 15 दिसंबर तक जारी रहेगा। प्रदेश में 3 अक्तूबर को धान की खरीद शुरू हुई थी और अब तक अधिकतर किसान अपनी फसल सरकार को बेच चुके हैं। लिहाजा, मंडियों में अब धान की आवक धीमी पड़ने लगी है। इन मंडियों में अब तक कुल 18835.36 मीट्रिक टन धान की सरकारी खरीद हो चुकी है। प्रदेश में अब तक खरीदे गए धान की एवज में सरकार की ओर से 4583 किसानों के बैंक खातों में 44.52 करोड़ रुपए की राशि जमा की जा चुकी है। इस बार प्रदेश में लगभग 5800 किसानों ने अपनी उपज बेचने के लिए पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करवाया था, जिनमें से 4583 किसान मंडियों में सरकार को धान बेच चुके हैं।

सिविल सप्लाई कॉर्पोरेशन सिरमौर के एरिया मैनेजर नरेश कुमार ने बताया कि जिला सिरमौर की दोनों मंडियों में सबसे ज्यादा धान की खरीद हुई है। सिरमौर जिला खरीद लक्ष्य के करीब पहुंच चुका है, जहां इस बार 8 हजार मीट्रिक टन खरीद का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। पिछले वर्ष यह लक्ष्य 8500 मीट्रिक टन था। उन्होंने बताया कि दूसरे जिलों में बरसात के दौरान फसल को नुकसान पहुंचने से पैदावार पर असर पड़ा है। जिलावार खरीद का विवरण:अकेले सिरमौर की बात करें तो जिले के पांवटा साहिब और धौलाकुआं में बनी मंडियों में 1843 किसान 7564 मीट्रिक टन धान सरकार को बेच चुके हैं। एपीएमसी पांवटा साहिब में 1021 किसानों ने अपनी उपज बेचकर 4635.26 मीट्रिक टन धान की आपूर्ति की है, जिसके बाद सिरमौर के ही धौलाकुआं में 822 किसानों से 2929.01 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा गया है।

अन्य जिलों में भी खरीद जारी है।जिला सोलन के बद्दी में 431 किसानों से 1696.65 मीट्रिक टन और नालागढ़ के मार्केट यार्ड में 475 किसानों से 1398.56 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदा गया है। इसी तरह कांगड़ा जिले के फतेहपुर में 196 किसानों से 1526.36 मीट्रिक टन,रियाली में 214 किसानों से 1921.18 मीट्रिक टन, मिलवां में 186 किसानों से 1678.76 मीट्रिक टन और नगरोटा बगवां में 18 किसानों से 55.58 मीट्रिक टन धान की खरीद हुई है। ऊना जिले के टाहलीवाल औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में 182 किसानों ने 1434.90 मीट्रिक टन, जबकि रामपुर मंडी में 192 किसानों ने 834.30 मीट्रिक टन और टकारला मंडी में 195 किसानों ने 724.80 मीट्रिक टन धान बेचा है। कुछ और दिन सरकार की ओर से मंडियों में अनाज खरीद जारी रहेगी।

Government procurement of paddy will continue until December 15th at the mandis (markets) established for paddy purchase in various districts of Himachal Pradesh. Paddy procurement began in the state on October 3rd, and most farmers have already sold their crop to the government. Consequently, the arrival of paddy in the mandis has now slowed down. A total of 18,835.36 metric tons of paddy has been procured by the government in these mandis so far. The government has already deposited ₹44.52 crore into the bank accounts of 4,583 farmers as payment for the paddy purchased. This year, approximately 5,800 farmers registered on the portal to sell their produce, of whom 4,583 have already sold their paddy to the government at the mandis.

Naresh Kumar, Area Manager of the Civil Supplies Corporation, Sirmaur, stated that the highest procurement of paddy has taken place in the two markets of Sirmaur district. Sirmaur district is close to achieving its procurement target, which is set at 8,000 metric tons this year. Last year, the target was 8,500 metric tons. He further added that crop damage due to rains in other districts has affected the yield. District-wise procurement details: In Sirmaur district alone, 1843 farmers have sold 7564 metric tons of paddy to the government in the markets of Paonta Sahib and Dhaula Kuan. At the APMC Paonta Sahib, 1021 farmers sold their produce, supplying 4635.26 metric tons of paddy, while in Dhaula Kuan, 822 farmers sold 2929.01 metric tons of paddy.

Procurement is also continuing in other districts. In Baddi, Solan district, 1696.65 metric tons of paddy have been procured from 431 farmers, and in the Nalagarh market yard, 1398.56 metric tons have been procured from 475 farmers. Similarly, in Kangra district, 1526.36 metric tons were procured from 196 farmers in Fatehpur, 1921.18 metric tons from 214 farmers in Riyali, 1678.76 metric tons from 186 farmers in Milwan, and 55.58 metric tons from 18 farmers in Nagrota Bagwan. In Una district, 1434.90 metric tons were procured from 182 farmers in the Tahliwal industrial area, while 834.30 metric tons were procured from 192 farmers in Rampur mandi and 724.80 metric tons from 195 farmers in Takarla mandi. The government will continue to procure grains in the mandis for a few more days.
