धारटीधार क्षेत्र के लिए यह बेहद गर्व का क्षण है, जहाँ गाँव जंगलोट, पंचायत बाडथल मधाना के निवासी हवलदार विवेक सिंह ने भारतीय सेना की प्रतिष्ठित सर्विस सिलेक्शन बोर्ड (SSB) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर इंडियन मिलिट्री एकेडमी (IMA) देहरादून में प्रवेश हासिल किया है। विवेक सिंह, देवराज सिंह एवं दीना देवी के सुपुत्र हैं और उन्होंने सर्विस एंट्री के माध्यम से यह कठिन परीक्षा पास की है, जो सेवारत जवानों को अधिकारी बनने का अवसर प्रदान करती है। विवेक सिंह जनवरी 2026 से IMA देहरादून में एक वर्ष का गहन सैन्य प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करेंगे। प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद उन्हें भारतीय सेना में लेफ्टिनेंट के पद पर कमीशन मिलेगा। यह उपलब्धि उनकी वर्षों की मेहनत, अनुशासन और समर्पण का परिणाम है।वर्ष 2014 में एक सिपाही के रूप में सेना में भर्ती हुए विवेक सिंह वर्तमान में हवलदार के पद पर सेवाएँ दे रहे हैं।

उनकी यह उपलब्धि उन सभी सेवारत जवानों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है, जो सेना में अधिकारी बनने का सपना देखते हैं। विवेक सिंह ने अपनी प्रारंभिक से लेकर पूरी स्कूली शिक्षा गाँव जंगलोट, बाडथल मधाना और कोलर स्थित सरकारी स्कूलों में हिंदी माध्यम से प्राप्त की। अपनी सफलता का श्रेय उन्होंने अपने माता-पिता, शिक्षकों और परिवार को दिया, जिन्होंने हर कदम पर उनका उत्साह बढ़ाया। गौरतलब है कि विवेक सिंह के बड़े भाई नवीन ठाकुर भी वर्ष 2008 से भारतीय सेना में बतौर हवलदार सेवाएँ दे रहे हैं, जबकि उनके चाचा प्रेमपाल हाल ही में हवलदार पद से सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं। सेना सेवा की यह परंपरा परिवार में पीढ़ियों से चली आ रही है। विवेक सिंह की यह उपलब्धि न केवल उनके परिवार व गाँव के लिए, बल्कि पूरे धारटीधार क्षेत्र के लिए गर्व और प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। यह दर्शाता है कि दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति और कड़ी मेहनत से हर लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

This is a moment of immense pride for the Dhartidhar region, where Havildar Vivek Singh, a resident of village Janglot, Panchayat Badthal Madhana, has cleared the prestigious Service Selection Board (SSB) examination of the Indian Army and secured admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA) Dehradun. Vivek Singh, son of Devraj Singh and Dina Devi, passed this rigorous examination through the Service Entry scheme, which provides serving soldiers with the opportunity to become officers. Vivek Singh will undergo one year of intensive military training at IMA Dehradun starting in January 2026. Upon successful completion of the training, he will be commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army. This achievement is a result of his years of hard work, discipline, and dedication. Vivek Singh, who joined the army as a soldier in 2014, is currently serving as a Havildar.

His achievement is an inspiration to all the serving soldiers who dream of becoming officers in the army. Vivek Singh received his entire schooling, from primary to secondary, in government schools in the villages of Janglot, Badthal Madhana, and Kolar, studying in the Hindi medium. He attributed his success to his parents, teachers, and family, who encouraged him at every step. It is noteworthy that Vivek Singh’s elder brother, Naveen Thakur, has also been serving in the Indian Army as a Havildar since 2008, while his uncle, Prempal, recently retired from the same rank. This tradition of military service has been passed down through generations in his family.
