पीएम श्री कन्या वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय पांवटा साहिब में आयोजित सात दिवसीय एनएसएस विशेष शिविर का समापन समारोह हर्षोल्लास के साथ सम्पन्न हुआ। यह शिविर 15 नवंबर को पूनम खंतवाल द्वारा उद्घाटित किया गया था। समापन समारोह में हरविंदर अरोड़ा, अध्यक्ष जगरनाथ सेवा ट्रस्ट, मुख्य अतिथि रहे, जबकि नीरज उदवानी, सचिव जगरनाथ सेवा ट्रस्ट, विशेष अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे। विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य एम.आर. वर्मा, एसएमसी प्रधान जयपाल ठाकुर तथा समस्त स्टाफ ने अतिथियों का स्वागत किया। वॉलिंटियर्स ने स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत कर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की। प्रधानाचार्य एम.आर. वर्मा ने जगरनाथ सेवा ट्रस्ट के प्रतिनिधियों का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने अपने व्यस्त समय में से छात्रों के लिए समय निकालकर कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाई।

इस अवसर पर छात्राओं ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दीं।कार्यक्रम अधिकारी रमेश भारद्वाज ने बताया कि पिछले सात दिनों में छात्राओं ने बस स्टैंड की सफाई, शिरपुर गांव में पंचायत घर और मंदिर की सफाई, तथा विद्यालय परिसर के सौंदर्यीकरण जैसे कई सेवा कार्य किए। 20 नवंबर को वॉलिंटियर्स ने विद्यालय में बूढ़ी दिवाली समारोह भी मनाया, जिसमें छात्राओं ने बिड़ोली तैयार कर विद्यालय परिवार को खिलाई और नाती डाली। इस दौरान कांता शर्मा और कुलदीप ठाकुर ने छात्राओं को बूढ़ी दिवाली का महत्व समझाया। सात दिवसीय शिविर में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाली वॉलिंटियर्स तनीषा, दीक्षा, शीतल, स्वीटी, राजनंदिनी, प्रीति आदि को सम्मानित किया गया। मुख्य अतिथि हरविंदर अरोड़ा ने छात्राओं के हित में हमेशा योगदान देने का वादा किया और अपनी ओर से ₹11,000 की राशि प्रदान की।कार्यक्रम के अंत में कार्यक्रम अधिकारी श्रीमती रमेश भारद्वाज ने मुख्य अतिथियों, विशेष अतिथियों और पूरे विद्यालय परिवार का समारोह को सफल बनाने के लिए धन्यवाद किया।

The closing ceremony of the seven-day NSS special camp held at PM Shri Kanya Senior Secondary School, Paonta Sahib, concluded with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated on November 15th by Poonam Khantwal. Harwinder Arora, President of Jagannath Seva Trust, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony, while Neeraj Udwani, Secretary of Jagannath Seva Trust, was the special guest. The school principal, M.R. Verma, SMC President Jaipal Thakur, and the entire staff welcomed the guests. The volunteers began the program by presenting a welcome song. Principal M.R. Verma expressed his gratitude to the representatives of the Jagannath Seva Trust, saying that they had graced the occasion by taking time out of their busy schedules to be with the students.

On this occasion, the students presented colorful cultural performances. Program officer Ramesh Bhardwaj informed that over the past seven days, the students had undertaken several service activities, including cleaning the bus stand, cleaning the panchayat ghar and temple in Shirpur village, and beautifying the school premises. On November 20th, the volunteers also celebrated the Budhi Diwali festival at the school, where the students prepared and distributed traditional sweets (Bidoli) to the school community and performed folk dances. During this time, Kanta Sharma and Kuldeep Thakur explained the significance of Budhi Diwali to the students. Volunteers Tanisha, Diksha, Sheetal, Sweety, Rajnandini, Preeti, and others who performed exceptionally well during the seven-day camp were honored. Chief Guest Harvinder Arora pledged to always contribute to the welfare of the students and donated a sum of ₹11,000. At the end of the program, Program Officer Mrs. Ramesh Bhardwaj thanked the chief guests, special guests, and the entire school community for making the event a success.
