हिमाचल प्रदेश राजकीय प्रशिक्षित कला स्नातक संघ जिला इकाई का प्रतिनिधिमंडल जिला अध्यक्ष कपिल शकवाण की अध्यक्षता में उद्योग और संसदीय कार्य मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान तथा विधानसभा उपाध्यक्ष विनय कुमार से मिला। इस दौरान नाहन के विधायक अजय सोलंकी भी मौजूद रहे।प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मांगपत्र में टीजीटी पद की वेतन विसंगतियों को दूर करने, एसीपी 4-9-14 लाभ को पुन: बहाल करने और छठे वेतन आयोग का लंबित एरियर जारी करने की मांग की। संघ ने टीजीटी अध्यापकों की वरिष्ठता सूची अविलंब जारी करने, टीजीटी आर्ट्स के लिए हेडमास्टर प्रमोशन में 75 प्रतिशत कोटा सुनिश्चित करने, मुख्याध्यापक और प्रधानाचार्य की पदोन्नति सूची जारी करने, प्रमोशन के लिए विभागीय परीक्षा का विकल्प पुन: शुरू करने तथा टीजीटी आर्ट्स को ही आर्ट्स विषय में प्रमोशन का अवसर देने की भी मांग उठाई।

अन्य मांगों में शिक्षक वर्ग के वेतन और भत्तों का समुचित पुनरीक्षण, सभी शिक्षकों को कैशलेस चिकित्सकीय सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाना तथा पीटीए से नियमित हुए टीजीटी अध्यापकों को 2018 से नियमितिकरण के समान सभी लाभ देना शामिल है।इस अवसर पर संघ के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष विजेश अत्री, जिला महासचिव सुभाष शर्मा, वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष मनोज कुमार, महिला विंग अध्यक्ष अंबिका तोमर, जिला संगठन सचिव अजय कुमार, उपाध्यक्ष आशिमा शर्मा, कोषाध्यक्ष साक्षी चौहान, खंड अध्यक्ष राजगढ़ सुनील दत्त शर्मा, खंड अध्यक्ष नाहन संदीप शर्मा, खंड अध्यक्ष सुरला महेंद्र सिंह समेत रोशन कुमार, देवेंद्र शर्मा, दिनेश चौहान, भीम सिंह शर्मा, दीप चंद परमार और कर्म चंद चौधरी उपस्थित रहे।

A delegation from the Himachal Pradesh Government Trained Graduate Arts Teachers Association, District Unit, led by District President Kapil Shakwan, met with Industries and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Vinay Kumar. Nahan MLA Ajay Solanki was also present during the meeting. In their memorandum, the delegation demanded the removal of salary anomalies in the TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) posts, the restoration of the ACP 4-9-14 benefits, and the release of pending arrears from the Sixth Pay Commission. The association also demanded the immediate release of the seniority list for TGT teachers, a 75 percent quota for TGT Arts teachers in Headmaster promotions, the release of the promotion list for Headmasters and Principals, the reintroduction of the option of a departmental examination for promotions, and that only TGT Arts teachers be given the opportunity for promotion in the Arts subject.

Other demands include a proper revision of the salaries and allowances of the teaching staff, providing cashless medical facilities to all teachers, and granting all benefits, including regularization from 2018, to TGT teachers who were regularized from the PTA. Present on the occasion were the state vice-president of the association, Vijesh Atri, district general secretary Subhash Sharma, senior vice-president Manoj Kumar, women’s wing president Ambika Tomar, district organizing secretary Ajay Kumar, vice-president Ashima Sharma, treasurer Sakshi Chauhan, Rajgarh block president Sunil Dutt Sharma, Nahan block president Sandeep Sharma, Surla block president Mahendra Singh, along with Roshan Kumar, Devendra Sharma, Dinesh Chauhan, Bhim Singh Sharma, Deep Chand Parmar, and Karam Chand Chaudhary.
