हिमाचल प्रदेश की राजधानी शिमला के ऐतिहासिक रिज मैदान पर शुक्रवार को बाल दिवस के अवसर पर चिल्ड्रन ऑफ द स्टेट स्पोर्ट्स एंड कल्चरल मीट 2025 का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत कर किया। इस दौरान हिमाचल पुलिस बैंड हार्मनी ऑफ द पाइंस की ओर से प्रस्तुत गानों पर सभी स्कूली विद्यार्थियों ने जमकर डांस किया। बच्चों के साथ मुख्यमंत्री व मंत्री धनीराम शांडिल ने भी नाटी डाली। मुख्यमंत्री ने बच्चे को गोद में उठाया।
महिला एवं बाल विकास निदेशालय की ओर से बाल दिवस पर 14 से 16 नवंबर तक शिमला स्थित बाल गृह टुटीकंडी में चिल्ड्रन ऑफ द स्टेट स्पोर्ट्स एंड कल्चरल मीट 2025 आयोजन किया जा रहा है। सीएम सुक्खू ने कहा कि बच्चों के प्यारे चाचा नेहरू कहते थे, ‘बच्चे बाग की नाजुक कली हैं, जिन्हें प्यार और कोमलता से संवारना चाहिए।’ नेहरू जी से प्रेरणा लेकर हमने मुख्यमंत्री सुख आश्रय योजना के तहत अनाथ बच्चों को चिल्ड्रन ऑफ स्टेट का दर्जा दिया है। हम उनके दिखाए रास्तों पर चलकर हर बच्चे को ममता और सुरक्षा की छांव दे रहे हैं। पढ़ाई-लिखाई, रहन-सहन और हर जरूरत का ध्यान रखते हुए उन्हें खुशहाल भविष्य दे रहे हैं।

On the occasion of Children’s Day, the Children of the State Sports and Cultural Meet 2025 was organized on Friday at the historic Ridge Maidan in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated the program as the chief guest. During this, all the school students danced enthusiastically to the songs presented by the Himachal Police Band Harmony of the Pines. The Chief Minister and Minister Dhaniram Shandil also danced with the children. The Chief Minister lifted a child in his lap.
The Directorate of Women and Child Development is organizing the Children of the State Sports and Cultural Meet 2025 at the Tutikandi Children’s Home in Shimla from November 14th to 16th, on Children’s Day. Chief Minister Sukhu said that Nehru, the beloved uncle of children, used to say, “Children are delicate buds in the garden, who should be nurtured with love and tenderness.” Inspired by Nehru, we have given orphan children the status of Children of the State under the Chief Minister’s Sukh Ashray Yojana. Following his path, we are providing every child with the shade of love and protection. We are giving them a happy future by taking care of their education, living conditions, and every need.
