हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार एचआरटीसी कर्मचारियों को डीए का एरियर जल्द देने की तैयारी कर रही है। यह एरियर अप्रैल से सितंबर माह तक का मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में इसकी फाइल पहुंच गई है। वहीं अक्तूबर के नवंबर में आने वाले वेतन में एचआरटीसी कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह में 3 फीसदी एरियर भी जुड़कर आएगा। प्रदेश सरकार के इस फैसले से 12 हजार कर्मचारी लाभान्वित होंगे। एचआरटीसी कर्मचारी यूनियन ने मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष यह मांग उठाई थी। एचआरटीसी के कर्मचारी काफी समय से डीए का एरियर जारी करने की मांग कर रहे थे। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने पहले कर्मचारियों को 3 फीसदी डीए की किस्त जारी करने का एलान किया और एरियर देने का आश्वासन दिया।

हिमाचल परिवहन मजदूर संघ के अध्यक्ष प्यार सिंह, कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष मेयर चंद, महामंत्री हरीश कुमार ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री और उ पमुख्यमंत्री से कर्मचारियों की मांगों को उठाया गया है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि निगम प्रबंधन की ओर से एक-दो दिन के भीतर कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह उनके खाते में डाली जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि एचआरटीसी का कर्मचारी ठंड और बर्फ के बावजूद लोगों को सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवा रहे हैं। उन्होंने सरकार से यह भी आग्रह किया है कि कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह विभागों की तर्ज पर एक तारीख तक उनके खाते में डाली जाए।

Its file has reached the Chief Minister’s office. 3% arrears will also be added to the salaries of HRTC employees in the salaries coming in October-November. 12 thousand employees will benefit from this decision of the state government. The HRTC Employees Union had raised this demand before the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister. HRTC employees had been demanding the release of DA arrears for a long time. The Deputy Chief Minister first announced the release of 3% DA installment to the employees and assured them of the arrears.

Himachal Transport Mazdoor Sangh President Pyare Singh, Executive President Mayer Chand, and General Secretary Harish Kumar stated that the employees’ demands have been raised with the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister. They expressed hope that the corporation management would deposit the employees’ salaries into their accounts within a day or two. They noted that HRTC employees are providing services to the public despite the cold and snow. They also urged the government to ensure that employees’ salaries are deposited into their accounts by a certain date, similar to other departments.
