देहरादून। प्रेमनगर क्षेत्र में रविवार शाम हुई युवक की संदिग्ध मौत के मामले में पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

थाना प्रेमनगर पुलिस के मुताबिक, मृतक की पत्नी शीतल ने तहरीर देकर बताया कि उसके पति अरुण कुमार उर्फ डीके, निवासी स्मिथनगर, प्रेमनगर की मौत आरोपी अजय किशोर देवली के साथ हुए झगड़े के दौरान हुई थी।

अजय किशोर मूल रूप से भगना, थाना नंदप्रयाग (चमोली) का रहने वाला है और इस समय साईं विहार, श्यामपुर, प्रेमनगर में किरायेदार के रूप में रह रहा था। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को पूछताछ के लिए हिरासत में लिया था।

जांच और साक्ष्यों के आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी को गैर इरादतन हत्या के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। घटना की वजह आपसी कहासुनी और मारपीट बताई जा रही है।

Arun lost his life in a personal dispute; police nab Ajay Kishore

Dehradun. Police have arrested the accused in connection with the suspicious death of a young man that occurred on Sunday evening in the Premnagar area.

According to Premnagar police, the deceased’s wife, Sheetal, lodged a complaint stating that her husband, Arun Kumar alias DK, a resident of Smithnagar, Premnagar, died during a quarrel with the accused, Ajay Kishore Devli.

Ajay Kishore, originally from Bhagna, under the Nandprayag police station area of Chamoli district, was currently living as a tenant in Sai Vihar, Shyampur, Premnagar. Police registered a case and detained the accused for questioning.

Based on the investigation and available evidence, the police arrested Ajay Kishore on charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The incident is said to have occurred following a verbal dispute and physical altercation between the two.
