शहीद सोहन सिंह मेमोरियल राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय, मानपुर देवड़ा में जिला स्तरीय अंडर-19 प्रतियोगिता का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि समाजसेवी मनीष तोमर और विशाल कपूर मौजूद रहे, जबकि विशिष्ट अतिथियों में कुसुम देवी, अनीता पुंडीर और रजनी देवी ने शिरकत की। विद्यालय प्रांगण में आगमन पर अतिथियों का स्वागत फूल-मालाओं के साथ विद्यालय प्रबंधन व विद्यार्थियों द्वारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि ने दीप प्रज्वल के साथ किया। इस अवसर पर छात्रों ने अपनी प्रतिभा का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया।

प्रतियोगिताओं में भाषण प्रतियोगिता, संस्कृति गीतिका, संस्कृत श्लोक उच्चारण, शास्त्रीय संगीत, संगम संगीत, सामूहिक संगीत और नाटक जैसी प्रस्तुतियाँ आयोजित की गईं। उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले छात्रों को प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय पुरस्कार प्रदान किए गए। छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्य अतिथि मनीष तोमर ने कहा कि स्कूल का जीवन व्यक्ति के निर्माण की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अवस्था होती है। छात्रों को चाहिए कि वे इस समय का सदुपयोग करें और हर तरह की सकारात्मक गतिविधियों में भाग लें। उन्होंने युवाओं को नशे जैसी बुराइयों से दूर रहने का संदेश भी दिया और कहा कि केवल अनुशासन और परिश्रम से ही सफलता प्राप्त की जा सकती है।

A grand district-level under-19 competition was organized at Shaheed Sohan Singh Memorial Government Senior Secondary School, Manpur Deora. Social workers Manish Tomar and Vishal Kapoor were present as chief guests, while Kusum Devi, Anita Pundir, and Rajni Devi were among the special guests. Upon arrival at the school premises, the guests were welcomed with garlands by the school management and students. The program was inaugurated by the chief guest by lighting a lamp. On this occasion, the students gave a wonderful display of their talent.

Competitions included speech competitions, cultural songs, Sanskrit shloka recitation, classical music, Sangam music, group music, and drama performances. First, second, and third prizes were awarded to outstanding students. Addressing the students, Chief Guest Manish Tomar said that school life is the most important stage in a person’s development. Students should utilize this time wisely and participate in all kinds of positive activities. He also encouraged youth to stay away from vices like drug addiction, stressing that success can only be achieved through discipline and hard work.
