हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला सिरमौर स्थित राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला, शिलाई को केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (CBSE) से संबद्धता प्राप्त हुई है। विद्यालय को संबद्धता संख्या 620279 प्रदान की गई है। वर्ष 1986 में स्थापित इस विद्यालय के गौरवशाली इतिहास में यह एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि मानी जा रही है। इस संबद्धता से अब क्षेत्र के विद्यार्थियों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर की शिक्षा और अवसरों का लाभ मिलेगा। विद्यालय की प्रधानाचार्य रमा शर्मा ने इस उपलब्धि पर मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू, उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान तथा शिक्षा मंत्री रोहित ठाकुर के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे सुधार और सहयोग से यह उपलब्धि संभव हुई है। प्रधानाचार्य ने आशीष कोहली, निदेशक (विद्यालय शिक्षा) और जीवन नेगी, अतिरिक्त निदेशक (विद्यालय शिक्षा) का भी विशेष धन्यवाद किया, जिन्होंने विद्यालय को मार्गदर्शन और सहयोग प्रदान किया।

विद्यालय की CBSE संबद्धता समिति के अध्यक्ष विरेंद्र पुंडीर, प्रवक्ता (कंप्यूटर विज्ञान) रहे, जिन्हें मनोज कुमार, JOA (IT) द्वारा तकनीकी सहायता दी गई। समिति के अन्य सदस्य — यशवंत नेगी (वाणिज्य), संगीता (इतिहास), अनिल चौहान (गणित), सुरेंद्र सिंघटा (रसायन विज्ञान), बिंटू राम चौहान (नॉन-मेडिकल) और जवाहर देसाई (व्यावसायिक शिक्षक) रहे। प्रधानाचार्य रमा शर्मा ने विशेष रूप से खजान सिंह वर्मा, प्रवक्ता (शारीरिक शिक्षा) एवं उप-प्रधानाचार्य के योगदान की सराहना की और कहा कि यह विद्यालय परिवार की सामूहिक मेहनत और समर्पण का परिणाम है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य राष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुरूप गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करना और विद्यार्थियों के सर्वांगीण विकास को सुनिश्चित करना है। यह उपलब्धि न केवल विद्यालय बल्कि पूरे क्षेत्र और हिमाचल प्रदेश के शिक्षा जगत के लिए गर्व का विषय है।

Government Senior Secondary School, Shillai, located in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh, has received affiliation from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school has been granted affiliation number 620279. This is considered a historic achievement in the school’s glorious history, established in 1986. This affiliation will now provide students in the area with access to national-level education and opportunities. School Principal Rama Sharma expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Industry Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan, and Education Minister Rohit Thakur for this achievement. She stated that the state government’s ongoing reforms and support in the field of education made this achievement possible. The Principal also extended special thanks to Ashish Kohli, Director (School Education), and Jeevan Negi, Additional Director (School Education), for their guidance and support.

The school’s CBSE Affiliation Committee was chaired by Virendra Pundir, Lecturer (Computer Science), with technical assistance from Manoj Kumar, JOA (IT). Other members of the committee included Yashwant Negi (Commerce), Sangeeta (History), Anil Chauhan (Mathematics), Surendra Singhta (Chemistry), Bintu Ram Chauhan (Non-Medical), and Jawahar Desai (Vocational Teacher). Principal Rama Sharma particularly praised the contributions of Khajan Singh Verma, Lecturer (Physical Education), and Vice Principal, and said that this achievement was the result of the collective hard work and dedication of the school family. She added that our goal is to provide quality education in accordance with national standards and ensure the all-round development of students. This achievement is a matter of pride not only for the school but also for the entire region and the education sector of Himachal Pradesh.
