UKSSSC की परीक्षाएं होंगी फुलप्रूफ, हर केंद्र से होगा लाइव टेलीकास्ट — जैमर और बायोमीट्रिक से सख्त निगरानी की तैयारी

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (UKSSSC) ने आगामी समूह-ग भर्ती परीक्षाओं को पूरी पारदर्शिता और सुरक्षा के साथ संपन्न कराने के लिए विस्तृत मास्टर प्लान तैयार कर लिया है। पेपर लीक जैसी घटनाओं से सबक लेते हुए आयोग इस बार किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही की गुंजाइश नहीं छोड़ना चाहता। इसके तहत परीक्षाओं का लाइव टेलीकास्ट, जैमर की रीयल-टाइम मॉनिटरिंग और सख्त प्रवेश प्रक्रिया लागू की जाएगी।

आयोग के अध्यक्ष जी.एस. मर्तोलिया ने बताया कि प्रत्येक परीक्षा केंद्र से परीक्षा की सभी गतिविधियों का लाइव टेलीकास्ट आयोग कार्यालय स्थित कंट्रोल रूम में किया जाएगा। इसके माध्यम से आयोग परीक्षा केंद्रों पर हो रही हर गतिविधि पर सीधी नजर रख सकेगा। परीक्षा केंद्रों में गेट पर ही बायोमीट्रिक उपस्थिति दर्ज की जाएगी और चेकिंग से लेकर प्रवेश तक की सभी औपचारिकताएं वहीं पूरी होंगी। अभ्यर्थियों और पर्यवेक्षकों के अलावा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को केंद्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

सुरक्षा को और मजबूत करने के लिए परीक्षा से एक रात पहले से ही परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा कर्मियों की तैनाती की जाएगी। साथ ही जैमर का पूर्व परीक्षण भी अनिवार्य किया गया है। यदि किसी केंद्र में जैमर की क्षमता कम पाई जाती है, तो उसे तत्काल बदला जाएगा। तकनीकी व्यवस्थाओं को पुख्ता करने के लिए आयोग ने ईसीआईएल और अन्य एजेंसियों के साथ 27-28 अक्टूबर को बैठक बुलाने का निर्णय लिया है।

इसके अलावा, पुलिस और मजिस्ट्रेट की संयुक्त टीम परीक्षा केंद्रों का निरीक्षण करेगी। इस दौरान केंद्र की दीवारों की ऊंचाई, प्रवेश और निकास द्वार की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, और आपात स्थिति में निकासी के प्रबंधों का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा।

आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस बार सभी परीक्षाएं एक ही पाली में आयोजित की जाएंगी, जिससे किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी या पेपर लीक की संभावना समाप्त की जा सके।

जिलों के सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट, परीक्षा केंद्र समन्वयक और पर्यवेक्षक पर निगरानी की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी होगी। आयोग का कहना है कि यह पूरी व्यवस्था “निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और तकनीक-संवर्धित परीक्षा प्रणाली” की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जिससे परीक्षार्थियों का भरोसा दोबारा कायम किया जा सके।

Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has prepared a comprehensive master plan to conduct the upcoming Group-C recruitment examinations with complete transparency and security. Learning from past paper leak incidents, the commission aims to ensure that there is no room for negligence at any level this time. Under the plan, live telecasts of examinations, real-time monitoring of jammers, and a strict entry process will be implemented.

Commission Chairman G.S. Martolia stated that all examination activities from each center will be live-streamed to the control room set up at the commission’s headquarters. Through this system, the commission will be able to closely monitor every activity taking place at examination centers. Biometric attendance will be recorded right at the entrance gate, and all formalities from checking to entry will be completed there itself. No person other than candidates and invigilators will be allowed inside the examination centers.

To further strengthen security, security personnel will be deployed at examination centers from the night before the exam. In addition, pre-testing of jammers has been made mandatory. If any center’s jammer is found to be underperforming, it will be immediately replaced. To ensure smooth technical arrangements, the commission has decided to hold a meeting with ECIL and other agencies on October 27-28.

Furthermore, joint teams of police and magistrates will inspect the examination centers. During the inspection, they will assess the height of boundary walls, security at entry and exit gates, and arrangements for emergency evacuation.

The commission has clarified that this time all examinations will be conducted in a single shift, eliminating any possibility of irregularities or paper leaks.

District sector magistrates, center coordinators, and invigilators will have the primary responsibility for supervision. The commission emphasized that this entire system is a major step toward a fair, transparent, and technology-driven examination process, aimed at restoring the confidence of candidates.
