मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने भवनों पर नंबर प्लेट लगाने के आदेश किए रद्द, जांच के निर्देश — स्थानीय लोगों को प्राथमिकता देने पर जोर

देहरादून:मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने टिहरी गढ़वाल और उत्तरकाशी में भवनों पर नंबर प्लेट लगाने से जुड़े आदेशों को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दिया है। साथ ही उन्होंने इस पूरे मामले की जांच के निर्देश देते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है।

हाल ही में टिहरी गढ़वाल एवं उत्तरकाशी जिलों के जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारियों द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छ भारत मिशन जैसे कार्यक्रमों के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु मकानों पर नंबर प्लेट लगाने का कार्य एक बाहरी व्यक्ति को देने से संबंधित पत्र सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुए थे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए अधिकारियों को तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि राज्य सरकार की सभी योजनाएं और कार्यक्रम जनहित, पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता के सिद्धांतों के अनुरूप ही लागू होने चाहिए।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सभी कार्यों में स्थानीय लोगों के रोजगार और हितों को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दोहराए। उन्होंने कहा कि ₹10 करोड़ तक की सरकारी अधिप्राप्तियों में स्थानीय लोगों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने संबंधी सरकार के आदेशों का हर स्तर पर सख्ती से पालन किया जाए।

CM Dhami Cancels Orders to Install Number Plates on Buildings, Orders Probe — Emphasizes Priority to Local Residents

Dehradun. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has immediately canceled the orders related to installing number plates on buildings in Tehri Garhwal and Uttarkashi. He has also directed a thorough investigation into the matter and instructed officials to ensure strict action against those found responsible.

Recently, letters issued by the District Panchayat Raj Officers of Tehri Garhwal and Uttarkashi districts regarding assigning the task of installing number plates on houses in rural areas — under programs like the Swachh Bharat Mission — to an outsider went viral on social media.

Taking cognizance of the issue, the Chief Minister directed officials to take immediate action. He emphasized that all government schemes and programs must be implemented in accordance with the principles of public welfare, transparency, and fairness.

Reiterating his instructions to prioritize employment and interests of local residents, CM Dhami said that government procurement works worth up to ₹10 crore must strictly adhere to the order giving top priority to local people at every level.
