उद्योग, संसदीय मामले एवं श्रम रोज़गार मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने अपने प्रवास कार्यक्रम के दौरानएनएच 707 तथा चिलौन-चोकी मृगवाल सड़क पर चल रहे कार्य का निरीक्षण किया। उद्योग मंत्री ने एनएच 707 पर चल रहे कार्य का निरीक्षण किया तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा धीमी गति से चल रहे कार्य में तेज़ी लाई जाए साथ ही गुणवत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए ताकि जल्द निर्माण उपरांत लोगों को अच्छी सड़क उपलब्ध हो सके। उन्होंने चिलोन-चोकी मृगवाल सड़क पर चल रहे निर्माण कार्य का भी निरीक्षण किया। चिलोन-चोकी मृगवाल निर्माण कार्य आरंभ होने पर क्षेत्रवासियों ने एकत्रित होकर उद्योग मंत्री का धन्यवाद किया।चिलोन-चौकी-मिरगवाल सड़क मार्ग के निर्माण से टिक्कर, कुनैर, तीलचोंकी, बाग, तीलवाडी आदि गाँव के लगभग 1200 लोग लाभान्वित होंगे।

इस क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए यह रोड वरदान सिद्ध होगा जिसके माध्यम से इस क्षेत्र के लोगों की बहुत सी कठिनाइयां दूर हो जाएंगी। वहीं सड़क मार्ग से जुड़ने पर इस क्षेत्र के किसानों की नक़दी फसलों को मंडी तक पहुँचाना आसान होगा साथ ही स्वास्थ्य तथा अन्य सुविधाओं से यह क्षेत्र जुड़ जाएगा। उद्योग मंत्री ने इस दौरान शिलाई, कफोटा तथा सतौन में क्षेत्रवासियों की समस्याएं भी सुनी। इस दौरान क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधियों तथा स्थानीय लोगों ने सामूहिक समस्याओं सहित व्यक्तिगत समस्याएं भी उनके समक्ष रखी। इसके अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि मंडलों ने उद्योग मंत्री के समक्ष उनके क्षेत्र से संबंधित माँगें भी रखी। उद्योग मंत्री ने अधिकांश समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान किया और शेष मांगे व समस्याएं जो स्थानीय स्तर की थीं उन्हें अधिकारियों को सौंप कर उनका समयबद्ध समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने क्षेत्र के लोगों को आश्वासन दिया कि उनके द्वारा रखी गई माँगो को भी शीघ्र-अतिशीघ्र पूर्ण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्रवासी जब अपनी समस्याएं उनके समक्ष रखते हैं तो उनका निवारण करने में उन्हें अत्यंत ख़ुशी की अनुभूति होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिलाई विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लोगों से उन्हें हमेशा असीम स्नेह मिलता रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्रवासियों की हर समस्या का समाधान वह पूर्ण निष्ठा तथा तत्परता के साथ करने की भरपूर कोशिश करते हैं, जिसके मद्देनज़र वह समय-समय पर अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में आते हैं तथा क्षेत्रवासियों की समस्याएं सुनते हैं ताकि उनकी समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान किया जा सके।इस दौरान अध्यक्ष मार्केटिंग कमेटी सीता राम शर्मा, एसडीएम कफोटा ओम प्रकाश ठाकुर, बीएमओ के. एल भगत, ओएसडी अत्तर राणा सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी व पंचायतों के चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि तथा स्थानीय लोग मौजूद रहे।

During his visit, Industry, Parliamentary Affairs and Labour Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan inspected the ongoing work on NH 707 and the Chilon-Choki Mrigwal road. The Industry Minister inspected the ongoing work on NH 707 and directed the concerned officials to speed up the slow pace of work and pay special attention to quality so that a good road can be made available to the people soon after completion. He also inspected the ongoing construction work on the Chilon-Choki Mrigwal road. Upon the commencement of the Chilon-Choki Mrigwal construction, local residents gathered and thanked the Industry Minister. The construction of the Chilon-Choki-Mrigwal road will benefit approximately 1,200 people from villages such as Tikkar, Kunair, Tilchokki, Bagh, Tilwadi, etc.

This road will prove to be a boon for the people of this region, alleviating many of their difficulties. The road connectivity will also make it easier for farmers to transport their cash crops to the market, and will also provide access to health and other facilities. The Industry Minister also listened to the problems of the residents of Shillai, Kafota, and Sataun. During this meeting, public representatives and local residents raised both collective and individual issues with him. Additionally, delegations from the region presented demands related to their region to the Industry Minister. The Industry Minister resolved most of the issues on the spot and directed officials to resolve the remaining local demands and concerns, which were directed to ensure timely resolution.

He assured the people of the area that their demands would be met as soon as possible. He said that when residents bring their problems to his attention, he feels immense joy in resolving them. He expressed his deep affection for the people of the Shillai Assembly constituency. He stated that he strives to resolve every problem with complete dedication and promptness, and that he periodically visits his constituency to listen to their concerns so that they can be resolved in a timely manner. Present during the meeting were Marketing Committee Chairman Sita Ram Sharma, SDM Kafota Om Prakash Thakur, BMO K.L. Bhagat, OSD Attar Rana, officials from various departments, elected representatives from the Panchayats, and local residents.
