ग्राम पंचायत सालवाला में प्रदीप चौहान के नेतृत्व में “वोट चोर गद्दी छोड़” हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान में ग्रामवासियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेते हुए केंद्र सरकार की जनविरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद की। इस अवसर पर चौहान ने कहा कि जनता अब पूरी तरह जागरूक है और केंद्र में हो रहे अन्याय व भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एकजुट होकर संघर्ष करने को तैयार है। उन्होंने कहा, “अब समय आ गया है जनता का हक जनता को वापस दिलाने का। सत्ता जनता की है और जनता के हित में ही चलनी चाहिए।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि यह अभियान जनहित और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों की पुनर्स्थापना के उद्देश्य से चलाया जा रहा है ताकि जनता की आवाज़ सत्ता के गलियारों तक पहुँचे और देश में सच्चे लोकतंत्र की स्थापना हो सके। ग्रामवासियों ने इस मुहिम का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि वे आगे भी ऐसे अभियानों में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाते रहेंगे।
